Constant Readiness Enchantment
Creatures you control get +1/+3, vigilance and first-strike.
I want this one to be mono-white.
2nd:
Veteran's Focus Enchantment
When Veteran's Focus enters the battlefield, draw a card.
Creatures you control have vigilance and first strike.
I want this one to be red and white.
3rd:
Veteran's Blessing Instant
Creatures you control get +1/+1, vigilance, first strike, and protection from red and black until end of turn.
I want this one to be mono white.
5th:
Battlefield Master Creature - Avatar Monk
Reach, Vigilance, First Strike, Hexproof.
Battlefield Master's power and toughness can't be reduced by spells or abilities you don't control. Battlefield Master can't be tapped by spells or abilities you don't control. 3/4
I want this one to be bant colored
6th:
Guard of the Danger Zone Creature - Human Soldier
Vigilance, First Strike 2/4
I want this one to be mono-white
7th:
Seraph of Alertness Creature - Angel
Flying, Vigilance, First Strike, Hexproof 3/5
I want this one to be blue white.
I'd like the costs to be relatively competitive, but not op, roughly Modern balance levels (rather than Standard or Legacy or EDH or whatnot).
1st card: 4W,
2nd card: 1WR
3rd card: Granting vigilance on a instant is a design that kinda works against itself. Makes it feel bad playing a instant at sorcery speed even when it is the right move. For its cost lets go with 1WW
4th card: missing?
5th card: 3WUG is safer but you could potentiall push it to 2WUG. I just don't like how uninteractive it is.
6th card: 2WW, make sure it is uncommon.
7th card: 2WWU
Screwed up counting it looks like, that is why there is no fourth, or maybe it got eaten by an edit.
The 5th one is all about being uninteractive, it's meant as something strong against decks that rely on simpler forms of removal, but still vulnerable to sacrifice and mass destruction effects. It's also kinda got a flavor thing going where it is an experienced master of combat who can't be impeded or slowed down, because there is just too much skill. I was also considering giving it bushido, but decided against it. It's a guy that is really reliable who smashes the opponent and blocks as needed, and is so strong they can shoot ki blasts at flying enemies. Their aura is so strong they can dodge or disrupt magic targeting them, so hexproof.
The first one, could the CMC be reduced with a harder casting cost? Like make the cost to 1WWW?

That isn't how costing works. for something to be in modern, it first has to go through standard. The simple truth is that most of these cards would need to be so undercosted to see play in modern that they would wreck standard. For example...
Constant Readiness - What modern deck would ever want to run this. Its a combination board dependent reactionary card and anthem. Most of the time, it is equivalent to a card like Honor of the Pure or Glorious Anthem. For it to see play in modern, it would need to cost about 3 mana. At 3 mana, it would only be a sideboard card in white weenies. At such a cost, it would dominate standard as in standard, with the higher frequency of creature wars, It is a lot better than a glorious anthem. If you want a similar design that could feasibly see play in modern, you actually need to design a weaker card. Something like....
Constant Readiness V2 1W
Enchantment
Creatures you control get +0/+2.
Sacrifice ~ : Creatures you control gain indestructible until end of turn.
...This card would be designed to pair with Doran, the siege tower. Unfortunately, that deck needs another source of P/T inversion other than doran to be competitive. If such a card was ever printed, and constant readiness V2 was printed, I would expect Constant readiness to break into modern.
Basically, what I'm trying to say is that all of your cards effects are inherently worse in modern than in standard due to the nature of the formats. Pushing the cards to the point where they could see modern play would mean that they were broken in standard. You need to be more clever and more careful with your card effects.
Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.

I'd like to add that a lot of these seem to be two or three different cards that were mashed together. WAY too many abilities.
And, as harlannowick said, these can't really be balanced for Modern. None of them are effects that any modern deck would like to play. The only way that they would be played is if they were ridiculously underpriced:
- Constant Readiness would have to cost maybe 1W at most, probably just W. Even then, it wouldn't actually fit into any modern decks.
- Veteran's Focus would not be played if it cost 1. It would have to be free, and then it would only be played because it's a free cantrip. People don't really care about vigilance and first strike in Modern.
- Veteran's Blessing, again, would have to be free. Even then, it's basically an anti-Pyroclasm that can sometimes be used for extra damage.
- Battlefield Master would have to cost three mana at most. And it seems to have been specifically designed to be broken. It's like True Name Nemesis 2.0, and TNN was a mistake.
- Guard of the Danger Zone could be playable at 1W, because, like Tarmogoyf, it would be ridiculously undercosted.
- Seraph of Alertness would be borderline playable at three mana.
None of these cards have any middle ground between "Nobody wants to play this in Modern" and "The only reason people play this is because it's ridiculously undercosted".
