Mistbound Giant - This is very strong! Re-word as "Other creatures you control cannot be blocked by creatures with power 5 or less." If you were worried about the impact this card could have on a format, you could drop it to 5/5 and make it 4 or less.
Lord of the Undead - Firstly, why bother make the spirit multicoloured? Secondly, re-word that ability to "Sacrifice a Zombie creature or discard a Zombie card from your hand". thirdly, change the ordering of the latter ability to: "At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more Zombie cards in your graveyard, you may pay 2 life. If you do, return a Zombie card from your graveyard to your hand at random."
Elisa, Spirit Dancer - This is a 1WU 2/4 flash flier with huge potential upside. Too strong. Up the cost to 2WU as it's a hard-yet-conditional counter with big upside and not restricted to just being a counter. Also, re-word the ability to: "...exile target black, red or green spell. (That spell does not resolve.)" This is a nice combination of WU abilities. Note the order of colours as listed - same comment for the dragon below.
Durakon, The Last Dragon - This actually feels more RGW than BRG given the defensive nature of its abilities. I mean, sure, the ability fits with the aggressiveness of Jund colours, and it fits the idea of a solo dragon, but given the global-ness of its ability's spread it fits white better than black. Note the subtle wording differences: "When ~ attacks, this turn permanents you control gain indestructible and spells you cast cannot be countered." This is because "cannot be countered until end of turn" implies that at a later point in the turn the spells can be countered, whereas that is not true.

forgive me if im wrong- but doesnt durakon have infinite combat phases the moment he attacks.
as for triggered ability you dont actually have to exile anything if there is nothing left??
thus getting a third- fourth and so forth combat phase?
Yes, you are right about this. That's why Aurelia has the wording she does.
Durakon is completely busted. It is a one card infinite combo that only costs 6 mana.
Elisa is too powerful as well.

Every time I read a comment about "Well if this card had card draw/trample/haste/indestructible/hexproof/life gain...", I think "You're missing the point." They're armchair developer comments that fail to take into account the card's role in the greater Limited and Standard environment. No, it may not be as good as whatever card you're comparing it to. There's a reason for that. Not every burn spell is Lightning Bolt, nor does it need to be or should be.
