The black/white card is missing due to having difficulty finding an ability that fits the color pie while working with how I want the archetype to do.
Would love some feedback on that you think of these and if they are balanced.
Note these are designed for limited.

Why only base power and toughness? Isn't this just confusion waiting to happen?

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.

In addition to this, Layer 7 doesn't have a sublayer for dealing with switching base power and toughness. 7b sets (base) power and toughness to a specific value, 7e switches power and toughness after all modifying effects have been applied.
Edit: I supposed you could make the argument that it's setting power to toughness and toughness to power, but it uses wording that's (aside from the word "base") identical to things that apply in layer 7e.
Thanks SecretInfiltraitor those are actually just me being a derp with formatting when making cards at 3am.
Fixed.
What i want to know is are these enticing enougth to push you into a color combo in a draft?
