Invocation of the Necromind Sorcery {R}
~'s mana cost is equal to UB plus X, where X is the number of opponents you have.
Target opponent discards a card and you draw a card.
Devotion Elemental4 Enchantment Creature - Elemental {R}
~ is of all colors to which your devotion is greatest, except if the color to which your devotion is greatest is 0, ~ is colorless. (Your devotion to a color is the number of mana symbols of that color in the mana costs of permanents you control.)

~'s name is the name of the last permanent that entered the battlefield. (If more than one permanent entered the battlefield at the same time, you choose one of those names.)

If invocation costs more per opponent, why not make it a syphon mind? It's pretty weak as is.
The devotion one is pretty interesting.
The name one seems problematic with multiple permanents entering simultaneously because it's not clear when you have to say which name it has. Do you need to specify whenever multiple permanents enter? If so, tedious and easy to forget. If not, what if a Squire and a Storm Crow enter simultaneously, and before any more permanents enter they are successively Echoing Decayed (with a March on the battlefield, say)? Can you have it live by changing the name you want it to have in between the decays? Can you get multiple things with Pack Hunt by changing its name mid resolution?

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
The memory and timing issues with the name one could be sidestepped by going Mistform Ultimus style (I also think it should be a creature to make its name-ness more relevant)

The devotion one is underwhelming, it's a lot of text for a color-changing ability. You have me a neat idea though:
Avatar of All WUBRG
Enchantment Creature - Avatar
~'s power and toughness are equal to your devotion to all colors (each colored mana symbol in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to all colors)

Invocation of the Necromind - So in a duel it costs 1UB... which is the same amount of mana for Unhinge for the effect of same effect of Unhinge, except you can't target yourself. In multiplayer it is Unhinge that costs more. What is the point of this mechanic on this card? The place for this mechanic was: "Avatar of Me's mana cost is {1} more for each ten years you've been alive."

Hmm... I really like that. And maybe make its power and toughness equal to the number of names it has as well? I would assume that making P/T equal to the number of names it has would be a bit too powerful at just 3, though. Maybe 5?

Actually, that reminds me of a suggestion I made in another thread:
Devotion Elemental v.026 Enchantment Creature - Elemental {R}
For each color, as long as your devotion to that color is five or greater, ~ is that color.
~ has protection from its colors.

Hmm... yeah. It would be better if the increased cost warranted an increased effect based on the number of opponents. Thanks for the suggestion!

The intention was that at the time they entered, you would choose one of the names of those permanents for the creature to adopt. But then again, it would pose memory issues if, say, Trostani's Summoner entered the battlefield. I guess I could convert the reminder text into rules text and say that it has the names of all permanents that last entered the battlefield, rather than just one of them.
EDIT: I apologize for the out-of-order sequencing of quotes. The multiquote system is still quite bugged. :/
