It's hard to gauge the power in a vacuum. The strength of of evasion and aggro can play a large role in how this can perform. It should be fair in a reasonably conceivable environment though.

Compared to Contested War Zone, this does its business up front, but doesn't have quite the same scale of mid-to-late game impact that the War Zone does.
Ultimately, I think this is pretty balanced. I think it will lead to some scary 1st-3rd turns. As SecretInfiltrator suggests, you'll want to watch your environment's aggro decks super closely with this thing floating around in it.
It's funny because it obviously works best for aggro, but works the worst against aggro. Meaning your best chance to both abuse and fight against this card is to play aggro yourself. Depending on how many extra colours aggro decks can use effectively, this might shift your meta pretty heavily.
Make sure to give control something to fight it too. Faerie Conclave would work, for example.
