The only problem I see is that you are giving a flat "embalm" cost to each creature. This is easy to abuse by reanimator decks. It is true that the sphinx itself is costly (i.e. wont enable any crazy combos n moder, at least none I can imagine), and has strong color requirements for the embalm cost, but it is still a concern. A turn 6 ulamog + hexproof sphinx sphinx for 6 + 3 mana is quite powerful. I think a safer bet would be to say something along the lines of "at the beginning of your upkeep, target creature in your graveyard gains embalm. It's embalm cost is euqal to it's mana cost" or something like that. Also, I'm not feeling the B. Blue is fine for a flying sphinx, and white makes sense because embalmed creature-tokens are all white. But where is the B?
Next, I will be very mad if there is no sphinx planeswalker. SO here is my attempt at one. The original Sphinx asked a riddle, and if you answered wrongly it would devour you. When Oedipus answers correctly, the sphinx kills itself. This is the inspiration for the +1 and -3 abilities (what is the best card in my hand? what is the top card of my library?). The sphinx was also said to be omniscient, which is the inspiration fo the -8.
Abuhakhet the Wise 1WUB
Planeswalker
[+1]: Look at the top two cards of your library. Target opponent chooses a card in your hand (you don't reveal your hand). You may exile that card. If you do, draw two cards. Otherwise, exile two cards from your hand.

Abuhakhet's starting loyalty is indeed rather stupid. Otherwise, I wonder if I'll ever play him. Second ability's drawback feels weird, but eh, I guess it works.

Ehh, I don't think Aurofang Slitherer needs to cost higher: Unless you're making a gun out of it with Power of Fire or the like, you'll most likely just use it to trade and get one Gold token, and a one-mana refund off a two-mana 1/1 deathtoucher equals... the cost of a 1/1 deathtoucher.
Bolas is definitely deserving of being a four-ability 'walker, but the 0 is a little bit much - it's like an ultimate all on its own, and a lot of the time you'll probably not even be able to pop it because it'll kill you. So it's out of place either way. Maybe replace it with a straight-up damage or targeted destruction ability.
I'm no expert at designing planeswalkers, but +3s seem rather much, and -25 is just a joke.

Mirror Saber is just... bad. To start off you need a creature with 4-plus toughness - compare to the similar O-Naginata and you'll see very restricted Equipment should come cheap, not cost one of the most difficult mana costs to pay and 3 to equip besides. 3WUBRG gets you a game win with Coalition Victory for crying out loud. The token copy creation is theoretically cool, but it's most likely going to cost at least8 on top of what you paid to get your guy equipped. Nothing is worth that effort. Oh, and this doesn't feel five-colored; if it's going to be a colored artifact it would be blue-red at best.
So... too expensive AND too much for a big creature? I wanted the latter, but maybe I over did it, it was originally +2/-2, thought it was pretty much.

Defensive, in a way, but powerful all the same. -20 is a bit too much though, even considering her massively powerful ability; -16 should suffice considering how expensive she is to begin with. Second ability is strong.... though since it doesn't immediately help in combat. Also, if your opponent manages to insta-wipe your field before it resolves, the ability WILL backfire at you, so I think may not be too broken.

Not sure if his ultimate is a decent replacement for his original Mindslaver ability... And it says play; You may choose one land card, but after that they can't cast any spells (or drop a different land). What do you think?

I might be behind on my lore, but how is it that a human kills a creature and becomes a vampire. Seems odd (from a flavor perspective).
From a power perspective, the floor of this card is to put 3 p/t on board for 3 mana. That is quite weak. Also, (ignoring other vampires in the deck) you'd need 2 turns to transform this, which is kind of slow (considering Sorin is a 1/1).
Given all of this, I think you can make the PW part a bit stronger. Example: the first +1 could turn the damaged creature into a vampire (which matches the flavor of most vampires), and then you could have a minus ability (I suggest -3) that lets you gain control of all vampires. Now we a re talking about a Card Advantage machine that justifies the slow nature of his transformation.
Next, I always wanted WotC to make a "superhero" themed set. Not only is it fun to math our favorite heroes to the color pie, but their abilities would be cool to template as a magic card. Here is my crack at batman: the idea is that he "shakes down" you opponents for clues, and cracking clues gets you closer to winning the game (solving the case). I put flash in there since batman is the quintessential "ambusher" superhero.
Dark Detective 1UB
Legendary Creature - Human.
Flash.
When Dark Detective enters the battlefield, or deals combat damage to a player, investigate.
Whenever you sacrifice a clue, each opponent looses 2 life and you gain life equal to the total amount of life lost this way.

He needs a name, but other than that this seems pretty cool. I don't see why he has flash though. Also, the "when he enters and combat damage" is needlessly complex.
Hmmm... well, I guess this works, though I'm tempted to make the cycling cost two counters to really force you to lose someone.

Wow, that is a very cool card, speciially for combo or toolbox decks. I'm not sure how the rules work with a spell that draws multiple cards, but I think you technically draw 1 at a time. So this basically makes your divination into a modal spell ("draw 2, or scry 2 draw 1, or scry 4") Can be very powerful, specially with instant speed card draw like Jace's ingenuity (eot: scry 2 draw 2, or scry 4 draw 1, or even scry 6 can be awesome) ... nice design. Cycling is crucial here also, since late game this is a terrible draw, and cycling mitigates this. Good job mate.

-2: Not the standard "plant" token (0/1).
-15: Nonsense. The 2 abilities aren't connected. And at -15 it'll never go off.

But let's be fair, your idea is that this is a planeswalker deck planeswalker designed to be bad. Which prompts the question: Why do you want to print bad planeswalkers? Planeswalkers are like MTG's Pikachu or a modern day Hurloon Minotaur. But if you associate planeswalkers (or even "planeswalker deck" planeswalkers) with poor design, then you're hurting the magic brand.

Planeswalker - Sorin (BLACK)
[+1]: Sorin, The Neonate deals 1 damage to target creature or player and you gain 1 life.
[+1]: You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, create a 1/1 black Vampire creature token with lifelink.
[-7]: For each opponent, look at his or her hand and exile one card of your choice. Until your next turn, each opponent cannot play any cards except the card he or she owns exiled this way.

Not sure if his ultimate is a decent replacement for his original Mindslaver ability... And it says play; You may choose one land card, but after that they can't cast any spells (or drop a different land). What do you think?
EDIT: Forgot about Edgar being legendary.... anyway, lore-wise, Edgar became Innisrad's first vampire by drinking angel blood, so implying there's a dead angel somewhere in Innistrad vampires' history.
Sorin, Beloved Heir 2B
Legendary Creature - Human (M)
When Sorin, Beloved Heir enters the battlefield, create a legendary 2/2 black Human creature token named Grandfather Edgar. It has "T, sacrifice another creature: Put a +1/+1 counter on this creature and this creature becomes a Vampire".
T, tap an untapped Vampire you control: Exile Sorin, then return him to the battlefield transformed under his owner's control.

Sorin, The Neonate
Planeswalker - Sorin (BLACK)
[+1]: Sorin, The Neonate deals 2 damage to target creature or player and you gain 2 life.
[+1]: Create a 1/1 black Vampire creature token with lifelink.
[-6]: For each opponent, look at his or her hand and exile one card of your choice. Until your next turn, each opponent cannot play any cards except the card he or she owns exiled this way.

2/2
I wonder if you can just make him Shadowmage Infiltrator-esque.
scarful reminder 1BB
Instant
Distribute two -1/-1 counters among one or two target creatures.
Cycling - Put a -1/-1 counter on a creature you control.
(Because Splendid Agony is so poorly designed in a set with cycling AND creatures that remove -1/-1 counters from your guys for an effect.)

Reincarnation Brand 3B
Enchantment - Aura (U)
Enchant creature
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may destroy enchanted creature. If you do, return the first creature onto the battlefield under its owner's control.

Necropolis Caretaker 1BB
Creature - Human Wizard (R)
T, Sacrifice a non-zombie creature: Return target (or "a"?) zombie creature card in your graveyard to the battlefield. Play this ability as a sorcery.

Temporal Butterly U
Creature - Insect (C)
Flying
2G, Sacrifice ~: Create a 3/3 green insect token.
1/1
+2: Doesn't defend her.
-2: Not the standard "plant" token (0/1).
-15: Nonsense. The 2 abilities aren't connected. And at -15 it'll never go off.
Cost: Overcosted.
Embalm1WW
Sorcery
Embalm target creature card in your graveyard.

Phytalois, Eden Of Verdancy
Legendary Land - Forest (R)
(T: Add G to your mana pool.)
Phytalois, Eden Of Verdancy enters the battlefield tapped.
G, T: Reveal a number of cards from the top of your library equal to the number of Forests you control. You may put a Forest card revealed this way into your hand, then put the rest of the cards at the bottom of your library in random order.

Bloodfed Reavers - 1RB
Creature - Human Horror Berserker
Haste, Trample
Berserk (IF ~ would be the target of a spell or ability, or it would take damage, you may give it hexproof and it becomes indestructible until end of turn, then sacrifice ~ at the begining of the next end step.)
If ~ would go berserk, it gains +X/+0 until end of turn, were X is this creatures power.

Like Exert, Berserk is a status based ability. it is triggered based on a specific set of conditions, notice, you can trigger your own creatures berserk status, and multiple times.....
Behind the eyes of truth, is a world of illustions.
Dragon Riderof a Mist Dragonn anyway with the Dragon Riders Clan.
Knowledge Surge 1U
Instant (U)
Counter target spell unless its controller pays X, where X is the amount of cards in your hand minus the amount of cards in the spell's controller's hand.
Not the most elegant wording, but I like the design
Modern
UBR Grixis Control
U Merfolk

Ancestral Visions is freed
I'm not sure the flavor here. Why does a surge of Knowledge counter my spell.
As for the effect, I like it. But there's got to be better wording.
Instant Twin Beam 1GU
Instant - Uncommon
Exile target creature. Its controller creates two non-legendary token copies of that creature.
