With G/W, I'd have a few weenies to spare, but with G, I want to be attacking with my fatties every turn.

Evade-for 1, that seems too low of a cost. How about amping it up to 1R? It keeps a balance because even when your limited to type and permanents you control, that still is a very powerful card.

Kill Switch is already an existing card, This kill switch is way too effective with it, an incredibly high powered spell in Shrapnel blast decks, dealing 5 damage to your opponent and removing all creatures and thus threats with it. Up the cost by :1mana:, remove Indestructibility, and change the name to make it a bit more balanced. But still overpowered.

but on the Forgive and forget.. The drawing from the bottom is neat when you have spells that put things you want on the bottom in any order, that was the point.. also its a instant, wich means its way better then serum visions

Hardened General. I hate keyworded abilities. But I love that interaction, flanking 2 or bushido 2 would change it greatly. Flanking only went on horses (as did Horsemanship). Samurai Knight?

Innnnnnnteresting. Blue doesn't often get mana acceleration, but unlike the Familiars, this guy won't stack, so you only get one discount. It also counts as anti-discard tech, which is nice to see. Apparently straightforward ability with a lot of secondary uses. Me likey.

I hope to hell that's a sorcery, because its already broken. Any artifact heavy deck facing down a second/third turn Akki Research is gonna be screwed through their game. If you happened to topdeck it later its just as crazy.
I noticed "Akki" Research. Which would fit it in Kamigawa - then type 2, next to affinity.

Blood for Soil - This feels like hot mana advantage A'la Crop Rotation, the only thing with Crop Rotation is that it causes (A bit of) mana reduction too so I don't know it with this card costed like this. Oh and I think the flavor is black/green instead of red/green.

Polar Sliver: Not quite as powerful as Crystalline Sliver....and that's why I like it. It definately seems balanced, whereas Crystalline Sliver was insane.

Dilatory Presence-hmm...an enchantment for two that allows you to cast spells and counter them in order to put counters on itself that leads up to a counterspell for the cost of two counters. I don't believe that it would work under normal circumstances, *however*, that is not to say it is a bad idea. If you have useless cards in hand, you can throw them to this card, and the countereffect is basically free, so you could tap out at the end of your turn and need not worry about being able to counter a spell of his. Interesting idea.

Countess of Passion, hmm, interesting name...what can I say? The price is excellent. I like how it helps both you and your opponent, reminds me of two older cards, can't remember the names thought...ones the Orcish Or. something that gives all attacking creatures +1/+0 and the other is the one that buffs up red creatures and is a mana flare.

A blessing for affinity, since (with any mana engine) it allows you to get any number of artifacts into play. To limit it, it should be, ":t:, Sacrifice ~: Search your library for two copies of this card and put them into play tapped. Then shuffle your library." Shuffling your library is a good thing to do after searching it.
Obviously a kill engine with DotV, mana engine with Krark-Clan Ironworks, and a buncha other stuff, too.
Spring fountain. well, it sucks. Its really not that good vs LD. the best thing to change this card with would be not to make it Blue really doesnt need this thing...

Shame on you, Nan! What kind of constructive criticism is that? :upset: I have to agree, though, that it's not that powerful. Le Chat, maybe take one of two suggestions:
1) Make it a cantrip. With this narrow of an effect, I wouldn't have a problem keeping the cost exactly the same (esp. since it's not an instant).
2) Put an additional ability on there. Like "Enchanted land has flying." Lol....no, actually, what about:
