Sacrificing creatures seems too narrow to me, it's not a mechanic that is seeing much emphasis in Theros block, so this card probably won't have much effect when it comes down. I think it's a bit underpowered, maybe have the sacrifice effect happen at EoT so you can get an attacker or chump blocker for your 4 mana?

An interesting an experiment but allowing any color to counter something, even an ability, seems awkward to me. I might add a colored mana to the activation cost.

I'm not sure what sort of strategy this is promoting. I get that it mimics Keranos' abilities, but I don't see how you would want to play this one. 5cmc for a bit of scrying seems really low, so is the focus more on having tons of spells in your hand when you use it? At the very least, this would make Enter the Infinite really interesting.

Pretty cool. Even if you don't care about the tapping, the ability to divide X as you choose rather than evenly a la Fireball seems like it could be useful. I have a minor complaint about the consistency between "Tap all creatures targeted this way, and players dealt damage this way skip their next untap step." I feel that they should match, since it's possible in theory to target but not to deal damage.

Hm, sounds quite balanced on one side and still unbalanced on the other. To have 3 creatures in eldrazi deck is like to have mana in any other deck. So you will probably never cast it for 6. And targeted sacrifice for 1 seems too OP for me. Even if it isn't instant.

The spellform mechanic seems a bit clunky and overcomplicated: you could probably accomplish as much with an ETB trigger, or if you still wanted the flavor of tacking on a spell to the summoning of the creature itself, a "When you cast" trigger. Also, it's counterintuitive that you can't cast the creature if there's no other creature to target, or that it's countered if the creature is otherwise removed in response - as it is, it will be, since all of its targets are illegal. Another note: removal and a body seems pretty strong for 2 mana at common.

The mana cost on this one is probably somewhat pushed:
Plasma Legion2RWU
Creature - Elemental Soldier [MR]
Double strike, haste, trample
Whenever Plasma Legion deals combat damage to an opponent or a planeswalker an opponent controls, put a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of Plasma Legion tapped and attacking that player or planeswalker.
Plasma Legion doesn't work mechanically. Since the effect triggers off combat damage, at that point you are way too late into combat for it to do anything useful. The token can't deal damage since the damage step is over at that point.
Also at 5 mana in 3 colors, the body is just way too small. It trades with a 2/2 or a 1/1 with first strike.

First Strike, Vigilance
Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays1 for each creature he or she controls that's attacking you.

3/3
The reminder text should read "RW: Attach target creature...". Also, this mechanic requires a major rule change, since only Auras and Equipments can be attached. The best way around it is to just use a different word, like imprint and soulbond did.
Other than that, the card's pretty cool. It's an interesting, if somewhat slow, way to flicker creatures for ETB effects.

It's cool but such a drawback should come with a reduced cost I think. When I think of equipment I think of the swords which have almost the same cmc and activation cost but have more beneficial abilities with pretty much no drawback (except only having protection from 2 colors). I think the card would be balanced enough even if it didn't give your creatures -1/-1, it would just be really good.

A bit too strong for its mana cost. It's a Phantasmal Image with flash for U instead 1. Phantasmal Image is already one of the cheapest/most powerful clone effects in the game (Or at least EDH). In this case the upside is a lot stronger than the downside.
Altar of the Dead3
Artifact (R)

Hmmmm...... seeing that paying the dead creature's cost makes this guy come back to field, it feels like too abusable. Well, admittedly tokens don't have cost, so normally they shouldn't be able to trigger this, but I'm rather wary..... Then again, this guy is rather fragile.
