What's your best idea about a card with the number 13?
Innistrad flavor is appreciated, though other sets' flavor are welcome too.
I'll post one first!
Sacrificial Offering4WW
Sorcery {U}
As an additional cost to cast Sacrificial Offering, sacrifice a creature.
You gain 13 life. "May your spirit be blessed and purified."
--Mikaeus, the Lunarch
Creeping Behemoth3GG
Creature - Elemental {R}
Trample
When Creeping Behemoth enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you exile any number of creature cards from your graveyard with a total power of 13. The nature has its own way to recycle itself.
13/13
Update: Lowering Creeping Behemoth's manacost to 3GG, down from 4GGG.
Come on, we're in green. If it doesn't have evasion, 13/13 isn't that different from 8/8 and looks far cooler.
Actually it's quite different; 8/8 takes 3 turns to win. 13/13 takes two. The only other cards that take two turns to win by themselves in green are Doomgape, Krosan Cloudscraper and Skyshroud Behemoth. You could probably get away with making Krosan Cloudscraper without a downside (not that it's much of a downside) and for cheaper; maybe 6GG or 5GGG.

Creeping Behemoth is a worse variation of Phyrexian Dreadnought - you're paying 3GGG more for +1/+1 and having to already have the creatures dead. (And you have to make sure that you have creature cards whose power totals exactly 13.)
With those restrictions, it should probably land somewhere around GB. (Changing it to "combined power and toughness of 13 or more" might warrant costing as much as it does, since you can hit that pretty quickly.)

It's kind of another moment when we throw our hands up and go "DAMMIT universe, why you gotta always make me look bad in front of everyone?".
I have to admit that Creeping Behemoth is overcosted. It should cost somewhere between 3GG and 4GG. I overlooked its ability.

I don't know how many MTG players (and custom card makers) play World of Warcraft, but this one really reminds me of Tirion Fordring during the battle against the Lich King.
