Not necessarily. Unmake Exiles, whereas this card destroys. I can destroy someone's Wurmcoil and bring it back on my side of the field, you see.
I love this card. You can have the two abilities target the same creature, like the two listed above, or you can use them on *separate* creatures. I can't think of an instance off the top of my head where that would be the best option, but I am sure there are scenarios.
I am kind of amazed at [...] the fact that somebody on this thread called Mind's Eye, Mirari's Wake, Decree of Pain, Desertion, AND Scroll Rack, all before they were officially spoiled. I will edit this post VERY shortly with the username of this user who deserves at least all of the cookies. Probably more cookies than that.
That reminds me of a minor rules issue - things like Scion of the Wild mean that if you make something lose all abilities, you also have to define its power and toughness (see Snakeform, Turn to Frog etc.)
You could get around that with a wording like "Target creature loses all abilities and becomes 1/1 until end of turn. Target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn."
I'd like this better, though, if one of the abilities was optional, maybe attached to an additional cost. That way the player would feel like they worked toward and earned the combo, and would make the likelihood of only one option being chosen even greater.
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.

This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
