I vote for the removal of mythic rarity, primeval titan and Jace, the mindsculptor.
Liberty wings could also be worded "At the beginning of your upkeep, if ~ is in your graveyard and there are no creatures on the battlefield, return ~ to the battlefield," since this has an intervening-if clause, which is checked when the ability triggers AND when the ability would resolve.
If there were two Liberty Wings in your graveyard with no creatures on the battlefield, both would trigger. When the first goes to resolve, it checks if there are any creatures. There aren't, so it resolves and puts the bird on the battlefield. Then the second trigger tries to resolve, sees that there is a creature on the battlefield, and removes itself from the stack.
Other cards: remove the card draw from the blue and artifact ones and you're probably fine.
Liberty Wings ability should read, "You may return Liberty Wings...". Otherwise, if 2 exist in your graveyard at the same time, they'll murder each other when they come into play for wearing the same dress. Or you could make it non-Legendary.
@ dasheiff: I don't think the flavour is any different to what it was before. It probably still represents the same thing.
I thought that the original flavour was that you couldn't cast a legend in play because there was only 1 and therefore already there and under someone else's control. And that having them both die was a matter of mechanics.

I always wondered the new flavor of Legendary.
