Blind Tree - Green tends not to like artifacts - artifact blocks are an exception, and even then, green tends to boost itself from the artifacts, or enjoy their destruction. Also, any particularly why a treefolk that can't see is the main pumper for your machines?
Spiritnation - Hmm, interesting idea. I could see this.
Cryptic Green - No way I'm paying 1GGG for any of those effects. Should cost 1GG max, and that's only because of the second ability. Make the abilities relatively equal then work out the mana cost.
Life Through Fire - Red gets to permanently steal a creature for 1R? Okay, so it might have to jump through some hoops, but it's not going to be all that difficult to finish the creature off. Also, if this is focused on stealing creatures by burning them, you can probably cut the "or player" part. I'd say make it deal more damage but cost more to balance. Also, red doesn't get permanent steal effects, so it would have to rare or so - make that rarity apparent in the card design with an acceptable, balanced power level.

When reviewing custom cards / sets, I look for (a) flavour, (b) function, and (c) cohesiveness, generally through a risk focus.
The most interesting thing here is the thread title. It made me wonder if WotC has a random card generator program. It would be quite interesting to have access to one. I also wonder if they have a database of every possible p/t combo in tandem with every keyworded ability, pairs of abilities, etc.

Do we really need to be just regurgitating the more inane cards that are generated though? It would be far more interesting to use the generated text as inspiration for more realistic cards that are worth the time of posting. For example, I got a green instant with several mostly meaningless abilities, two of which were something along the lines of:
All lands gain "all artifact creatures have reach" until end of turn.
Untap up to one target creature.
Broadening those two abilities and using some of the rambling flavor text about a web of dreams from another card and I get this more interesting card:

Do we really need to be just regurgitating the more inane cards that are generated though? It would be far more interesting to use the generated text as inspiration for more realistic cards that are worth the time of posting. For example, I got a green instant with several mostly meaningless abilities, two of which were something along the lines of:
All lands gain "all artifact creatures have reach" until end of turn.
Untap up to one target creature.
Broadening those two abilities and using some of the rambling flavor text about a web of dreams from another card and I get this more interesting card:
