Hey all, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm compiling a list of Magic artists who will sign cards that you send them in the mail (along with a little cash, if you're generous). I'm doing this because I'm pimping out a cube, but I bet a lot of art-enthusiasts and collectors could benefit from knowing who is willing to autograph their cards!
To start, I know Terese Nielsen and Amy Weber do autograph-by-mail.

Many do, usually this information is detailed on their individual websites. Haven't seen Amy Weber mentioned in a long time!
Sam Wolfe Connelly - he signed 4 cards by mail and only asks for a ready to go return letter. I am not sure if he knows what MTG is (from what I got from his blog). Please email him before sending.

Haven't sent to him before. Yawgmoth's Will, 2 Crucible of Worlds and 4 Cabal Therapy are some of the nicer cards I sent.
Rob Alexander has in the past. I emailed him to ask if he still does. Also, 2 pages on his website show different addresses and I'll get that clarified. I've sent some shocks before. I'll send more, plus fetches and a Savannah, along with some regular cards of his.
I've also mailed to Quinton Hoover, Alex Horley, Todd Lockwood, Alan Pollack, Douglas Shuler and Pete Venters before. I'm not sure if they still do that, and there are probably plenty of others who do that I haven't looked into.
I love artist-signed cards as a version of deck pimping besides foils, foreign, etc. (or maybe in addition to, but for me it's style on a budget)
Since signed cards are often considered played, many of the cards I get signed, especially more expensive ones, are already slightly played. Also, cards that are towards a complete set I keep unsigned.
I usually send 18 at a time, a 9 pocket page full on both sides. That seems to be a reasonable quantity to most artists, and it's easy to pack and ship.
That's just under 2 ounces even counting the weight of the return envelope (using regular #10 envelopes), stamps, and a single US dollar bill of whatever denomination. This assumes an UltraPro Platinum page (my usual) and nonfoils (I understand foils are a bit heavier). Write DO NOT BEND on both envelopes.
The 9 pocket page obviously folds into thirds easily. Fold in a bit of the left and lower edges of the return envelope - this will allow it to fit in the outer envelope without making the overall thing any thicker than necessary. Tuck a dollar bill, note or whatever (if any) inbetween the 9 pocket page and the return envelope is it isn't visible from the outside. Wrapping mailed cash is a good idea in general.
Within the US, 2 oz First Class Mail letter with nonmachinable surcharge is 91c. I like using exact change postage in general. A Forever stamp (49c) and 2 21c is one combination for 91c. 3 oz nonmachinable letter is $1.12, another 21c.

That says something about a tip, I was going to put a $1 in there with a note on it, I hope that's not insultingly small.
I've sent to her a few times before and once I bought 3 small prints around the same time.
I haven't sent FoW's before but I sent 2 this time.
