I'm posting this here as the place where people most likely to know the answer might hang out - but if this is the wrong place, please move this, mods!
It occurred to me that although the fonts used for card names are well known and widely available, I have no idea what fonts are used on the back of the cards for the 'Magic' and 'The Gathering' text at the top of the oval cartouche, and 'Deckmaster' at the bottom.
Does anyone know the names of these fonts, and if they are available anywhere?
mmkay. You don't have to treat me like I'm stupid though, I don't have any easily accesable references and I've only actually used that font once. I just remembered it was a magic font I had still, and figured I would try to help out.

Someday, I want to be an artist for card games, or maybe RPG manuals. I know it's a tough road and a high goal, so tips are really appreciated.
No! You misunderstand me! I wasn't trying to be insulting or make you feel stupid! I'm so very sorry that it came off like that. It was not my intent at all. I very much appreciate your effort to provide help to our fellow forum member, but was informing you in what I thought was the best way that the font you had was not the one he was looking for. I am terribly sorry that it sounded like I was trying to treat you like you were stupid.
Thanks, FPM! As soon as I saw the name Moria, it rang a bell. I think that Nex3 is right about it being custom to the extent that that font was used as the basis for the logo. I'm fairly sure that starting with text in Moria you can then use very basic manipulation to get to the actual text.
It's mostly that font that i wanted, but if we can identify the others I'd be very pleased.
Lossy: Why is there a need? I had an idea for doing some things to cards to make friends laugh when we're playing casual
