It's certainly been taken care of now, but I was just hitting random pages the other day and realized that this hadn't happened at that point.
I checked the talk page and was stunned to see I had raised the issue a full year before.
So it's good to see this finally addressed.

Noticed that too two times now. The previous time, sometime in late 2011, there were no references for this, so I didn't budge.

Well, I suppose you can support my move if anyone says to move it back.
I CBB to open my PM inbox but could you describe your work as a Storyline mod? I'm not really sure what you guys do there and haven't ventured that way since The Squirrel Master (or however it was spelt).

Mostly I hang around and kill spam.
Which is the technical way of saying that we dismantle and occasionally card baseless speculation.
That's most of the duty Star and I share, aside from the more general rules.
We're also trying to put together better info threads with newer links and generally improve the quality of our resources.
Aside from that, I'm trying to get the senior staff to give me a fancy "Storyline Guru" tag like you see for the Rules gurus.

Perhaps it's time I revisit that subforum.
So, what does subforum or its users do there? Not to try to have you merge with the wiki, but conceivably there's significant (potential) overlap between Storyline and MTGS Wiki. The entire boards could become a wiki, though.

Glad to know that you appreciate my appreciation for references.
What are usually used? Novels? MTG.com? There's not much out there really and as soon as there's a new block, there'll be little else of that in the near future.

Mostly talk about new developments or talk about theories grounded in what we know.
Or answer questions.

It wasn't so bad before Mirrodin.
Our resources are a compendium of online resources and articles of significance, as well as a lot of lost info in the wayback machine.

These things should not be included on the wiki.
Or answer questions.
These can be.
I'm considering reading threads in the forum that you moderate and expanding articles. I most likely won't, however; time.

But what is reliable enough? To the best of my knowledge, there are only MTG and official publications, all of which are reputable and useful as references; unfortunately, it's a rather limited resource.
Now, Internet Archive/Wayback Machine. What material would this be?

I literally scratched my head there.
The old mini sites with lost data when they crashed.
Older sites like the Encyclopedia Dominia from long long before the mothership's overhaul.
Old comics or stories posted in a half dozen places by people that worked on sets in the past.
Word of god information by the author of the books.

There's a lot.
Do all of you guys have the at least novels? I presume that's essential reading for all users in the Storyline subforum. I myself have books that I could send to users should they wish to read them; but, the Web (e.g., B&N, Amazon) is festered with Magic novels anyway.
"Mini sites": these are WotC ones, right?
Encyclopedia Dominia: WotC again (c. Tempest(?) to Invasion(?))? MTG.com has become difficult to navigate.
... So basically everything is legit and not original research?
If yes, good, good, good. It's then a matter of typing it up and making things pretty!

"sunseeker" wasn't patronymic, it was a title.
I addressed this earlier, though. Didn't I?
