I placed an order with a website about 2 months ago for a product they sold. After a month I still hadn't received the item so the company issued me a refund on it. I just now received the item in the mail, which is almost a full two months from the initial order date and after I already was given a refund for it almost a month ago. Is there anything I have to do regarding this situation?

Honestly, you should just keep the item and the money. The company has already written the item off as a loss, so it's not like their books will be off. If it's really on your conscience it may be worth the anxiety to contact the company and let them know you finally received the package and pay them, but that's probably not necessary. Are you aware when they shipped the item? If they didn't ship the item for a two or three weeks then that's their fault for not processing your order in a timely manner.

I don't know if you're legally obligated to do anything. Morally, I think you should send a quick note to the company and let them know the item came. If you still want it, offer to pay again. If you no longer want it, offer to ship it back on their dime.
That sucks man. Go with what your heart on this one. Personally, I'd write them a note telling them what happened and ask them if i should keep the item sience they already written it off. Then again, I'd keep it from them as a reminder to keep on top of the ball if they're going to be ccg traders.
I do agree with you about the pickle your in, though.
I would send an email and let them know it finally arrived. Based on the return/refund policies I've observed at the company I work at, I would guess that the amount of paperwork required to take your money back would outweigh the value of the product, especially if they want to make a good impression to apologize for a late product.
... Unless it's a very expensive item, in which case they probably would take the money back but then you should definitely contact them about it.

Most companies have policies that allow them to write off items 'lost in shipping'. You didn't deceive them and something either went wrong on their end for shipping like your address was incorrect and the package had to go back to a distribution center to be corrected, or there was some kind of hiccup in the postal service.
If you want to be honest, email customer service to let them know. They aren't going to demand it back and it might help them fix an error in their system.
