Turns out the Vikings can only throw ball when I choose the DST they play against. No AP, figured it was a strong pick. (And I'm a huge Vikings fan... they can't even lose right, seriously.)
Don't get me started on Matt Ryan. Bizarre.

EDH is like French fries: some people like waffle cut, crinkle cut, or plain old straight cut, and while there's slight flavor difference and personal preference, at the end of the day they're still fries.
Broncos' defense fails again. They aren't going anywhere near a SB with that defense.
The whole AFC has that problem. Well, KC has a good defense, but their offense is a complete joke. With Gronk injured, Denver has to be the favorite in the AFC. But I can't see any of the AFC right one beating Seattle, SF, or NO. I'd probably event take Carolina vs most of the AFC.
Yeah. Ryan let me down in a soft match up against the Redskins, and the Vikings defense decided to let Foles go crazy in the second half. Ah well, good luck in the finals cat.

I question whether they actually want to win. Hell I am a Bears fan and I cringed as I watched them collapse as Stafford threw that interception to seal it.
There is a reason why we in Baltimore love Tucker.
The guy has the talent.
So the week now is upon us. Pats/Ravens week.
The unstoppable force of the Pats offense...oh wait not as unstoppable as in recent years but still solid vs. the immovable object of the Ravens defense...oh wait not as immovable as in recent years but still solid. Wait how are both of these teams even at where they are at right now??? That's right they are both tough minded and clutch teams.
This will be a fun one, good luck to your Ravens sir, but...

GO PATS!
Now Nate Solder is out with a head injury. We have Logan Mankins playing left tackle (he's our 5th string OT) and some no-name playing OG.
Boyce hurt his foot. If Dobson and Thompkins aren't back, we're down to just Amendola, Edelman, and Collie for active WRs.
Ready for this starting offense? Check it out:
Edelman - Amendola - Hoomanawanui - Mulligan - Brady - Vereen - Mankins - Kline - Wendell - Connolly - Svitek
Even dedicated Patriots fans are going to be going 'who?' on some of these guys.
Setting aside lost starting QBs (obviously a whole different thing), I have never in my life seen a team this decimated by injuries.
Macius clearly only wants Pittsburgh to win this weekend:)
grumble grumble grumble
@Whitemage: I am not ready for this game, but know the time is now. Of all the scenarios out there, only one thing matters to both teams..... "Just win." None of those what-ifs matter if the team wins.......

I hear ya, it's insane.
Just think of the starting 22 as it was projected to be during the summer and compare it to what we have now. There were some people here in Maine comparing the defense in the early part of the season to the way it played 2001-2004 and the stats backed it up. Now it's a shell of that, and more comparible to the 2009-2012 defense. At least they can get some stops on occassion. Just look at the first half vs. Miami. The offense's inconsistency is killing them right now.
When the Patriots offense was clicking on all cylinders it could mask a bad defense like the 2011 Super Bowl run. Teams would become one-dimensional and predictable trying to match us score for score. Now teams don't have that mindset because they are not worried that the Patriots will be up 28-0 while they try to build a rhythm and be balanced. I still say the defense is better than the past 4 years or so, but the offense is equally worse right now.
I don't know why they don't at least try to throw the ball to the tight ends with Gronk out. They also abandon the run too quick and whenever one back gets going they change to the other for the next quarter which makes no sense (and I'm not talking about after they fumble -- in general). Also where was Shane Vereen last week? There has to be a mandatory 2-3 wheel routes to him per game IMO. More screens and draws please. The offense has to get more creative now.
All of this can be a moot-point though with an Offensive Line down to backups of backups, when the starting line was not consistent as it was.
Digi's Lineup for the 2013 MtGS Fantasy Football Championship Game is as followed:
QB: P. Manning (DEN)
RB: J. Charles (KC)
RB: F. Gore (SF)
WR: A. Brown (PIT)
WR: G. Jennings (MIN)
TE: D. Walker (TEN)
OP: A. Dalton (QB, CIN)
D/DT: San Diego Chargers
K: J. Tucker (BAL)
So, who should I pick as this year's Champion?
My heart always screams PATS, although I'd enjoy seeing the Chiefs taking the bowl, but realistically, who do you think has what it takes to win it all?
You mean like..who is going to win the SB?
Seattle is the heavy, heavy favorite. And honestly, I would take SF or NO as well over the entire field in the AFC. I'd even take Carolina over everyone but the Broncos..the AFC is a joke.

Also the Jets are probably out of wild card race...
Today was a sad day
And it was charles that extended mine. Now if the Lions can actually not beat themselves with a million turnovers maybe this week can end well.

You can't do much about a team kicking a 61 yd field goal against you.
But you can not immediately throw an INT on the following drive..
Justin Tucker is a beautiful man.

I honestly don't think Denver could win a 3rd against us. Afterall, we were one or two plays away from winning both the last match ups.
