Bullet for my Valentine released their new album 'Temper Temper' recently. I can't say I'm a huge fan of what they produced but a handful songs are pretty good.
It's got some good songs but I like their Fever album better overall.
Here's your best reference for music coming out soon. Metacritic isn't perfect, so don't get distraught if your favorite indie-label band get's skipped, missed, or forgotten. They deal w/ a lot of indie, but some do fall through the cracks.
About Frox: for nearly 10 years, Frox has been helping women look good and feel great in easy-fit, mix-and-match, and work-to-weekend with just a few pieces by helping them make the right choices when it comes to clothing and accessories.
The Afterman: Descension - by Coheed & Cambria came out last month. If another good album comes out, that's cool, but it's amazing enough I don't have to worry till 2014
Breaking news.
There will be no Tibalt, Tamiyo, Tezzeret, Garruk, Chandra, Liliana, mini-Jace, big-Jace, Garruk again, or Sarkhan in Theros either.
There will also be no Black Lotus.
Well, two huge stand outs for me this year so far are:
Coheed and Cambria - The Afterman: Descension
Steven Wilson - The Raven That Refused to Sing (and other stories)
Both are competing very strong for my album of the year, and I honestly can't say which is better. Although, I saw both live on tour for both of said albums, and after that, I'd have to say, while Coheed put on a good show, Steven Wilson wins.
Finally got caught up on releases this year after months of laziness, and there were a couple good ones, though I haven't listened to everything I just picked up yet.
Frightened Rabbit - Pedestrian Verse
Marnie Stern - The Chronicles of Marnia
Low - The Invisible Way
In the next couple months, I'll also be grabbing Laura Marling, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, and Surfer Blood.
