Anyone else having loads of fun with all 5v5 in custom? I played an all Syndra earlier that was boatloads of fun, and an all zyra a few minutes ago that was entertaining as well.

Edit: Riot has said that it's not bannable if you aren't hosting the games (to host you have to inject some code into your client). But that weird things could happen in game.
You don't. Her clear sucks until 6. If you want unorthodox ap jungle pick Zyra or Morg.
Well, why should I put with a 4vs5 ? Only way to win 4vs5 is if the other team is stupid or they are an early game team that falls of massively at the end.
At least with the glitch it can be competitive.
I'm sorry, but what is this glitch you're talking about?
Also, I won a 4v5 with Volibear. I started out jungle, but since our Support didn't connect, I went bot to help our Corki, since he was alone vs Ashe and Nami.
You can only do same champ in custom games hosted by people that mod their client to include the special pick mode. Its already in the game, just unfinished. Riot said there might be reprecussions for those that host (because you have to modify your client).
No, You're nothing unless you're having fun in the game, not being toxic, and striving to improve. Let's face it - everyone started somewhere and while others are naturally better at the game or have had time to get better at the game you cannot write off someone's value in the game purely based on rank.

You really just need to embrace the rage. I keep a small colony of hamsters next to my computer and every time I lose a match to mana screw I throw one against the wall.
Back on topic - how do you find these 5v5 custom games all of the same champ? Just by title? Or gotta know someone?
Go to join a custom match, i just search for '5' and then sort by people in lobby, when you enter the lobby, the pick mode should say: **PracticeGame_GAMEMODE.... If it says blind pick or draft then it won't work. Then once you're in, select your champ but don't lock it, if anyone locks the game will crash and if someone dodges in the champ select lobby, just find a new game, the lobby has to be remade.

Best of luck, they fill up fast.
Thanks, I'll give it a shot!
I'm envisioning an epic 5v5 Lux fight with bindings, lightballs, and lasers flying everywhere.
what's the difference between playing lvl 30s and playing people your level?
I queued up with a lvl 30 friend who wanted to do 5v5, I said yes aaaannnnddd got curb stomped :/
IDK if it's skill level(could be, I only played 3 months) or if it's just the fact that they have runes and better masteries...
To give you an idea of my understanding of LoL, I break up the things you need to win at LoL into several sections.
General Knowledge - Basically knowing what stuff does what. For example knowing how long dragon's timer is or that towers deal more damage with each successive shot. Also understanding what enemy and ally's champions can do.
General Mechanical Knowledge - Being able to last hit. Able to hit/dodge skill shots. Basically knowledge that transfers easily from champion to champion.
Champion Specific Knowledge - How well do you know the champion you are playing. Do understand most match-ups? Do you know what their skills do? Do you know neat little tricks with their skills to give you an edge? Do you understand the strengths and limitations of said champion? Can you adapt with them? Etc.
Team Composition Knowledge - How well do you understand your team composition and what is trying to do? Do you understand what needs to be done to make your team composition most effective?
Objective Knowledge - Do you understand the when, how, and why to take objectives? Do you know when you should go for Baron? Hint: Even most pros don't even know when they should go for Baron as LCS and worlds has shown.
Teamwork - Do you understand how to work with people to make them better? Are you able to not rage when a player is playing poorly? Can you make your team better just by being in the game?
Self-Knowledge - How well are you able to look objectively at yourself? Do you know and understand your strengths, weaknesses, play-style tendencies? Do you learn from your mistakes? An even better question, can you recognize your mistakes?
Teammate-Knowledge - How well do you know your teammate's tendencies and playstyles? Can you compliment their actions? Can you lessen their weaknesses? This is hard to do in solo/duo-queue, let alone in team play, but if you do duoing becomes much more of an advantage, while noticing certain things as the game goes on will allow you to take advantage of what you see your teammates naturally doing.
Sense of Humor - Are you able to not take things to seriously? Are you able to accept losses? Are you able to laugh at your's and other's mistakes? Are you able to accept that you alone cannot do everything (otherwise known as the 2013 Eli Manning Syndrome)?
Health - Are you in a good state of mind while playing? Do you get enough sleep? Are you physically fit? Do you eat healthy and stay well hydrated? Do you take breaks? Do you make sure to stand up during games so you are not sitting for so long?
This is a lot of stuff to take in and why level 30 is only the beginning, not the end. The better you are able to grasp these things, the better you are able to climb up the ranks. It's a never ending battle to grasp so much just to move up a little bit more, but that is why the journey is so fulfilling. Also Runes and masteries help (and are important), but they only give you a slight edge compared to everything else.
@ guardman: I have the last 5 qualities, but not the first five I don't even know what lane I'm best at, although I find all roles fun to some extent
I tend to play for fun, Lol has always been a fun game for me despite the ragers and trolls(I actually like trolls, as I know that they like to have fun and have a tendency to not flame/insult anyone for playstyle XD)
Being lvl 30 meaning something? Oh you are so silly.
I laughed so hard when I saw this statement +1
so ranks and stats mean nothing according to a lot of people. Thanks it makes me feel a lot better
I must try 5v5 Zilean, Chronoshifts EVERYWHERE

Partially runes and masteries, and partially mastery over the game. If you play more games and smartly learn, you're golden. The more you play the better you'll get at the game.
Myself, I learned how to play the game through arams, and how to play the characters in bots. Normals gave me roles.
EDH: Xenagos, God of Revels.
Yeah...your level means nothing
I was smurfing with a Lee Sin that did Insec level ward hop kicks. Yeah, a level 7 player did that ****

You're nothing unless you're exactly at my level or higher, right?
Everyone who's worse than me is nothing, everyone who's better than me probably got carried there.
What's your LOL summoner name?
