So I got a USB snes controller for christmas and put a snes emulator on my computer. First up is Secret of Mana, since that's a game I never got around to playing back when our super nintendo worked.
I've already played a lot of the classics I think: Final Fantasy IV, V, and VI, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Super Mario World, DK Country, Mario RPG, Zelda: Link to the Past. What are some other good snes games I should check out?

Yeah, secret of evermore is a pretty awesome game, I remember finishing it at least once or maybe twice. It's definitely a great snes game. Pretty interesting storyline and I loved the music and the worlds that you had to explore to. It was a pretty unique and intriguing game that's for sure.
There are SNES USB controller for PC?! If there is ever an appropiate time: "Shut up and take my money!"
Yeps, you can get just about any type of controller on PC. Some people even play their FPS games with 360/PS3 controllers on PC, although I don't know why you'd handicap yourself as such for multiplayer, heh.
A mustplay SNES game: Mega Man X!
On topic, I just got around to playing Saint's Row the Third. GTA-style games usually aren't my type of game, but it's just so over the top and the comedy somehow fits ... it feels like a game version of the movie Shoot 'Em Up.
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. It's been sitting in my Wii's disc drive for a year and I haven't actually gotten around to finishing it. Last time I checked I was in these mines that involved time manipulation. I'd like to finish it, but I have so many other games/ activities occupying my time.
Shadow of the Colossus. I started playing it when it first got released in the ICO/SotC PS3 bundle, but I put it down and haven't touched it since.
Same applies to Red Dead Redemption. I don't know what it is about console games but I'm so used to PC gaming that I don't feel comfortable playing anything on console. I'm just so used to PC gaming it doesn't feel natural to me anymore.
I think I am going to play some Dragon quest 6 in a little bit since I finally have some free time, finally. It's a good thing, I am almost at the end so I should remember on what I suppose to do next when I play.
I'm in the same situation. My backlog of stuff I own but haven't even opened goes back to the PS1! I may be misremembering some of the names below:
Valkyrie Profile
Final Fantasy IX
Grandia
Arc the Lad Lunar Silver Star Story
Lunar 2 Eternal Blue
Skies of Arcadia
Grandia II
Wild Arms 5
Atelier Iris 2
Atelier Iris 3
Mana Khemia
Mana Khemia2
Ar Tonilico
Ar Tonilico 2
Suikoden 3 Tales of Symphonia
Atelier Rorona
Atelier Totori
Atelier Meruru
Ar Tonilico Qoga
Hyperdimension Neptunia
Hyperdimension Neptunia 2
Record of Agarest War
Record of Agarest War 2
Death Smiles
Otomedius Excellent
Sakura Wars So Long My Love
Fate/Extra
Growlanser Wayfarer of Time
Trails of the Sky
Ace Attorney Investigations Miles Edgeworth
A Witch's Tale (started before Halloween but never got past the first town)
I know there's more but I can't remember and don't want to go digging through the collection right now. I also have board games I haven't gotten to yet that aren't listed.
The bolded games are absolutely amazing
I wish I could replay Valkyrie Profile for the first time again
Games I still need to play:
Final Fantasy IV
Final Fantasy XIII-2
Devil May Cry 1, 2 and 3
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of the Sky
Games I still need to beat:
Ocarina of Time
Spirit Tracks
New Super Mario Bros 2
Legend of Dragoon
Final Fantasy XIII
Devil May Cry 4
WWE '13
Games I know I will never finish because Skyrim is better in every way:
Oblivion
Fallout 3
Seriously, Skyrim is so addicting. Older Bethesda games just don't do it for me. I'm pretty sure one of the reasons I haven't gotten to all of these games is that I've been playing Skyrim and online Halo. I'm lucky I was able to find the time to finally beat Final Fantasy III a couple months ago.
I believe that I have enough social competence to slip into a party or two, potentially wooing some attractive females that would not mind spending the evening performing the booty dance on me.
The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword. It's been sitting in my Wii's disc drive for a year and I haven't actually gotten around to finishing it. Blasphemy, you need to finish it ASAP.
A great game overall and an interesting departure from the previous formulaic zelda games

I am torn when it comes to Skyward Sword: I found the dungeons to be very well made but I wasn't too fond of the world itself. A valiant effort and I did not mind the motion control at all except for the final boss since I did not have the Hylian Shield, without it he's insanely hard (or maybe I'm not that good with the motion controls)

They're a handicap for FPS, but a lot better for action games and other things. See: Dark Souls.

My problem is my 9 to 5 is actually a 7:30 to 6:30 so actually finding time to play anything is quite the issue. That being said:
I watched my old roommate beat Bioshock but never played it myself, and haven't done anything with 2. I really want to go through those. I also own two different copies of Dragon Age: Origins (PC and 360) and only have never beaten either. I've hard DA 2 was kinda bad, so I guess that put down the desire to ever go back and finish the first one.
There's also infinite side quests in Skyrim I'd love to get to, that I'm sure I never will.
Mass Effect 2: Lair of the Shadow Broker and ME 3: Leviathan. I've put more hours into the mass effect series than probably any other game series I own (Halo multiplayer might be close, though), but haven't really touched any of the DLC.
Knights of the Old Republic - I beat it ages ago on the Xbox, and got it on Steam for like $4. Again, just no time to play it through.
I really need a job where I can just sit and play video games (and Magic) all day.
Whenever I start it, someone asks me for a round of DotA2 ...
