I made one basic thread for all our Custom Generals over at our forums. There I have posted the rules, some helpful information, and a card image gallery of all our generals, with renders (Some without art).
Woah woah woah, we're PLAYING with these? How? When? Why? I thought we were just making interesting generals.
I DO actually have a custom general deck IRL. I'll post him later.
Haha, yeah we are playing with these! Honestly, you can play with all three of those custom generals (let me know if you want me to add them to the official list), we just have to be mindful of everyone when using multiple graveyard based generals.
Seth, ninja working for ya? How about the Vedalken?
I like them both, very neat idea with the ninja. Though I just realized due to how he's worded, his ability wouldn't trigger since he wasn't declared an attacker. You can fix this by changing it to "When ~ enters the battlefield, its ninjutsu cost was paid, [ability]"
And of course, because everyone saw it coming. I had to make a new WBRincarnation of myself.
My only gripe being I hate reusing arts that I've used like this before. Alas I seem to need to do another art hunt for resemblances of me...
The first ability seems totally out of place. If you look at the currently existing RUG generals, Intet, Riku, and Animar (and Maelstrom Wanderer), they're all set up to help you play multiple spells in a turn. Your general lets you draw cards when you play lands, and it doesn't make sense to have 20 lands in play and 7 cards in hand but only be able to play one spell.
Also, for the second ability, players can't be a source of damage. You'll have to specify that Ea is doing the damage.
So Ruhan's complete... Sadly, it's a ***** to design a general in the theme of the deck in RUW. Maybe find me shapeshifter arts? i can top down i (try?)

Haha, I won't be playing, I don't think. If anyone wants to use mine, go ahead (put them on the list if you want!) And since Seth did a new legendary version of himself, so shall I.
Anubis, Planewarper:
Honestly, I didn't try to balance it or anything, just gave him kind of a cool but slightly confusing ability. The activated ability might be a LITTLE overpriced, but I wanted to be careful, so tell me what you think it should cost...
I feel like I should mention that since I'm always toying around and changing the Anubis character that I decided to retcon history and say that there are many alternate versions of the same being: Anubis. So Anubis, Blightlord and Anubis, Planewarper are really alternate reality versions of a mega Anubis who I will post later. All I know currently is the name. So later tonight, look out for Anubis, God of Personas, several other Anubises, and the story I decide to go with for why there are a lot of them.
I understand that she doesn't fit with the other RUG generals. I had intended the ability as a kind of flavorful "she doesn't stop in one place long enough for you to cast more than one spell" kind of thing. It also serves as a drawback to her being an explore/flame jab on a stick, which I felt she needed.
IMO Flame Jab is not a big deal in EDH because all the creatures are so large, unless you somehow give her deathtouch. The one-sided Horn of Greed is where the advantage comes in.
From a play perspective it helps naturally play around wraths and encourages the deck to make use of its one spell a turn with big, splashy spells (something which I think is more what RUG is about than playing multiple spells each turn).
Were you envisioning X-spells, then?
I have never seen RUG have a problem with Wraths. They have so many card advantage engines.
One option is that I could make her BUG (the first Colfenor's Plans drawback would fit here) and I could change the 1 damage to a loss of 1 life. Would this be better?
If I keep her RUG I'll modify the damage to be only to creatures then, because it would be a bit too easy to voltron her otherwise, which is not her intent.
Remember that general damage only counts if it's combat damage. As a 4cmc 0/3 she's actually a terrible choice for Voltron.

~ comes into play tapped.
Whenever ~ or another creature enters the battlefield, tap a target permanent. It does not untap during their controller's next untap step. 1W: Exile target permanent. Return it to play before the beginning of the next upkeep.
3/4
I'm tempted to say it might be overpowered.
It's a fun set of abilities though, and I think it captures the sleep theme very well.

kay, found art and something to represent this new build. I present. Jokas...
Also, Kiiechi, the wording on your guy should be "return it to the battlefield at the beginning of the next untap step" (normally players dont get priority there, but this would have to be an exception to that rule)

I have a few suggestions to make this a little more fun, and less "ick."
First, instead of "another creature enters the battlefield" try "another creature enters the battlefield under your control."
For his second ability, I was make it three mana and just go with the standard "Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step" to keep things clean.

So...that's when, exactly?
This guy can reset the counters on Tangle Wire, negate the drawback on Winter Orb, and create memory issues regarding how many things do or don't untap during any given player's turn. Personally, he feels like the antithesis of 'fun' for me. Maybe if he were limited to just creatures. How does a basic Island go to 'sleep', anyway?

I wanted the blink/flicker effect to be more flexible than the normal blink/flicker effect, which is why it's simply "before the next upkeep." I'm not sure if it can officially be supported rules-wise, but it seems pretty simple in practice. Mana cost on it is probably too low, though, as Seth noted.
I'll take off the "no untap" part, but the activation whenever a creature enters the battlefield should stay for flavor reasons.
@ Jen
"Sleep" represents the ceasing of activity, which would apply to land in them not producing or yielding mana, ie, being tapped.
Will work on it later.

I must say I really really like that elf rogue. Very sexy...I would recommend you make it 1 damage, a card, and a +1/+1 counter on target creature. That would then justify the "1 spell per turn" clause as it's part of the draw back. :3
Honestly I have a card here I'm not sure we should put in. I wanted to make a BU general however...um...I think I let out my inner evil on this one here...
not incredibly broken, give it shroud. THEN IT'S BROKEN <.< its a voltron general too. o.O

Yeah...I'm...I'm a bit ashamed with this one.
That's hilariously awesome. Honestly, I think it's a legit general, just wow in power level.
EDIT: How about we just make a bunch of custom legends, and start keeping em i na database? I'll be glad to help out!
That's pretty much what this has turned into. I just want to keep everyone's ideas original to them, since most of us are actually making cards that we would personally love. So separating each one in the database by name helps keep the original creator's intent alive.

Whenever a creature you control attacks and isn't blocked, you may draw a card. If you do, it assigns no combat damage this turn..
As long as you have 10 or more cards in your hand, creatures you control get +3/+3 and have hexproof.

Nice card SB, but your wording is off, it should read. "Whenever a creature you control attacks and isn't blocked, you may draw a card. If you do, it assigns no combat damage this turn." See Ophidian
Idk if I should give it a way to protect itself...However the turns problem might be dropped to 3 or 2 just so that the player who actually did it will have less time to wait to attack with it.
Also Team [Pack] our turn for the Labyrinth series is coming soon. Be ready for anything. :3
