Anyways, my quick impressions on the submissions for the contest:
Mindweave (CMU) - Even if you go all the way, you're just going to end up milling all your opponent's lands. I'd like it more if the repeating this process was optional. It is a pretty aggressive miller.
Flash Gordon (Soundtrack) - A rules nightmare and it's got spelling errors to boot. Also doesn't include the non-core set keyword. Don't know if I would consider it offensive...
Incendiary Guivre (Called) - I love how it can deal at most 6 damage either way if you just want to chuck it at something, be it your opponent' head or one of his/her guys. Not sure why it's green though.
Ulfur's Avenger (The Pack) - They hit it out of the park again. Such a cool combination of abilities. It might be a tad overpowered (I'd make it 2/1 or 2/2), but creatures need pushing nowadays so that isn't too much of an issue.

design 8/10 mill is kool mekanic but this card trys to hard to be lik grindstone and win teh game al by itself. i agre w/ rocker that millin all teh lands is not so gud stratgy but u dont hav to leev land on top so u can stop millin any tim.
development 7/10 did anyon test teh card? i think it culd be brokin w/ mind funeral but mayb its just me.

design 8/10, I love this card is sutle but has the potential to wreck serious havoc. would love to open up a foil in a pack
development 8/10, the combination of persist and bloodthirster is pretty cool. two mechanics that would hardly see play. I like how the little guy will keep coming back to apply pressure if your opponent is getting hit by at least one token wolf, useful in several formats that play the theme.
polish 4/5, met all critria but I believe Persist should be captalized.....

design 8/10, I will say that I like what the creauture does, it is pretty powerful and I dig the set up. I wouldn't mind seeing it in a pack of cards
development 6/10, this were I have problems. first, why would it's power and toughness be even should have been higher toughness lower power, or at least take the trample away. when did green explode by the way? the use of echo seems out of place. with it you want to sacrafice this bugger to blow something up instead of keep it.
polish 5/5, the card is well put together and fits all the bonus points.

design 7/10, I will agree that it trys to hard to be grindstone with out finding a useful way of doing it. It could be a hard casted mill, but it seems to just want to take the land off an opponents deck. Most of the time when you mill you are happy to remove more than just land.
development 8/10, even though It may not be the worlds best miller, I like the name, the flavor text and also I believe that it well have use in most formats.
polish 4/5, I don't feel it would be considered offensive enough maybe if it exiled both revealed cards you could say it was offensive.

design 6/10, there is nothing elegant about it. the card has to many abilites that cause to much confusion also in my opinion the creativity of the card is lacking, they took some of blues best abilities and stuck it on a creature no dice.
development 5/10, I don't like it. If you get to med game you can play it counter a creature then sacrafice it to return all of you opponents attacking creautes to there hands. then return it to your hand. this guy is not only a miss with abilities but is stupid overpowered.
polish 4/5, met all bonus critiera also for text form looks good. I wish we had a render though so minus 1
