I still visit this with some regularity. I would be very sad as it's one of the few tethers I still have to this site.

It's also the only thing I (kinda) regularly post in on these forums too... I think the clan can stay.

Oh, Lazy, I also want you to know that I'm currently constructing a playtest document for my rpg if you're interested. Same offer applies to Kah and Kank, obviously.

Hm, I guess I realized one of the problems we currently have... almost no one seems to be that interested in what others are doing (me included, unfortunately). RPGs haven't really been my thing (although hopefully someone else is interested)...

I've also been busy with piano stuff... I had to spend lots of time playing the difficult pieces I'm learning, so I don't even have that much time to write my own music these days currently.

Though I did make this new music quiz here.

Seems not much goes on - only things that are purely "art" gets looked at around here. Seems like most of us are just too busy to do anything that actually requires paying attention to lots of things.

Maybe I should set foot in custom card creation once again (not in the major contests or anything, just in some of the more fun games).

In a dream world, I would probably record myself doing something at the piano tomorrow. In reality, I would probably just be too lazy to record myself (but I must practice piano, of course).

As for my card, I have a feeling it probably might end up being a rare if it actually existed, and I probably would use it somewhere, but it's also a card I'd feel disappointed to open as a rare... kinda.

This whole site has been in a sad slow decline...

I want this site to return to the days when it was vibrant. Sigh...

Not only are we in limbo, but the Clans forum has been downgraded to a sub-forum of the "Talk and Entertainment" group, making it harder for others to find us.

Looks like The Crafters are the only clan on MTGS. The Family has migrated to Discord. Have you guys considered migrating to tSpy? It seems a little silly to have an entire section of the site dedicated to a single thread...

Huh, you're right. Looks like it also got retired. You could always do a thread in artwork/creativity, since that's what The Crafters are all about, right?

I certainly want to keep this clan alive. Even under a new name/coat of paint.

The thing about the Artwork forum is that not all of our creative work falls under that category either. It's mostly anything creative, not really art. For example, writing stories isn't really artwork, and neither are the quizzes I make.

And another thing I thought about - idle/silly conversation is a major part of this thread as well, and such stuff would also feel out of place basically anywhere else aside from tSpy (which is gone now).

One more thing... I heard the people from the Debate forum are also considering the idea of starting another clan, which means we won't be alone as the only clan... we'll see what happens.

So I've just been lurking as usual, not finding very much useful to say and since LG left I haven't even checked the forums as nearly as much. I think this discussion is something that's been a long time coming.

In my honest option the time of social groups within forums are kind-of dead. Years prior when all this stuff started, Facebook, Twitter and other social outlets hadn't really existed (or at least existed in its current form), Clans and social communities made sense as a way to find people to hang out and chat with while partaking on whatever the topic of the main forum was. However these threads, social clubs or communities built into forums just don't seem to attract people anymore with all the more efficient options like Facebook or discord or what-have-you.

With the moving us to a sub-forum, it feels like an obvious move that they're eventually going to cut clans all together. Short of somehow four new active clans getting made, and we start running clan contests again I think it's just a matter of time. No sense in keeping an entire section for about 20-30 users who don't even post in it every week, let alone day.

Honestly, I'm not sure what to think. I've had loads of fun with you guys, CC after CC, through the ups and downs and just the general conversations held here. I don't regret the time I've spent in this thread.

So I suppose we should have this conversation. What do you guys want to do? In the end, whatever you guys want to do I'm fine with but at the very least I'd like to update my member bio one last time if for nothing else but record keeping sake. Lastly, I guess in case I somehow never make it back in here or this is the end or if we transfer to a place I wont go or I guess I somehow get lost along the way, anyone on steam can feel free to add me id/silentadept.


(P.S. Then again I could be entirely wrong about everything and maybe they've just moved us to a sub-forum due to lack of interest instead of a diabolic plan to remove the clan forums all together)

To be honest Kank, I'm about 75% sure I've heard you're OSHA stuff at my work. We have to take a yearly HazCom test and other things like that. Also I try to catch your youtube series (The shoddycast one) when I remember to actually watch my youtube subscriptions.
