Warnithopter = instant win with Splinter Twin... wait, no, not quite. Whoops!
I wasn't really familiar with TJ Maxx and I had to look it up... I don't remember seeing one of those around here. Winners and Marshall's exist here, but I don't know of an "actual" TJ Maxx store around here.
Anyways... this is unrelated to the whole Thopter thing we have going on, but I thought of a card idea that's designed for multiplayer... what do you think?
Demon of Cruel Decisions 3BB
Creature - Demon [Mythic rare]

Each opponent who chose 'take the money' draws two cards. If an opponent did, each opponent who chose 'do nothing' loses 3 life. If all opponents chose 'take the money', each opponent loses 6 life and you draw five cards.

I watched Jason Bourne last night. It wasn't very good. Nicky was always a favourite character of mine, and Alicia Vikander (despite being one of my favourite actors) was a poor substitute in the story. Also, way too much techno magic ("There's a cell phone in the room! I can remote into the computer and delete the files!"). 4/10... maybe 5 if I was feeling generous.

I haven't seen the newest Bourne movie yet. I also missed the Jeremy Renner one. I don't watch as much as I used to because I'm not in the video industry anymore.

edit, somehow messed that up entirely. Forgot the artifact and the until end of turn clause.

The Jeremy Renner one was much better than I was expecting it to be, but I was expecting it to be pretty terrible, so not great overall. Probably better than the new one though. The Bourne Identity is one of my favourite movies, and by far the best of the series, so I feel like I should give these other movies a shot. Especially when they keep casting my favourite actresses! Usually I'm disappointed though.
I didn't see a whole lot in the theater last year. I also missed out on Doctor Strange and Fantastic Beasts--and I actually wanted to see those!
We did watch a whole lot on Netflix though. My daughter and I have been binge watching the CW DC shows like Flash and Arrow when we can.
@pet snake: And also the last ability should specify exile from a graveyard.
@Stardust: Yep, it's the Demon's Dilemma... I have a feeling this is probably just gonna be a 5/4 flying for 3BB in 1v1 games as I don't think your opponent would want to draw two cards for such a price, but how would it do in large multiplayer games?
Well, our resident ill-wisher of lovable grannies will have to wait a long time as Miss White has Outlasting on lock (she's clearly an Abzan).
On another note,
After much consideration I'm calling time of death on the GreyCorps thread. Though I still have an itch to continue the exploits of Squad Obsidian and the House of Grey, the writing's on the wall - it took an entire year to play out the previous story arc and interest clearly waned after that. I know a lot of us have jobs, families, and other things that are far more important than posting on a flagging forum and waiting patiently (or perhaps in vain) for a response so it would be best to just stick a fork in it. Perhaps the mythos may be reborn in some other form in the future, but for now the curtain falls. For those of you who stuck with it for the long haul (or simply popped in for a brief stint), thanks for the memories.

Meanwhile, as far as crafting goes, I'm working on the I-less clip quiz, and also another Fibbage game (waiting for other Sporclers to send in their fake answers).
And now for another random question that someone's not sure about the answer:
@Stardust: Yep, it's the Demon's Dilemma... I have a feeling this is probably just gonna be a 5/4 flying for 3BB in 1v1 games as I don't think your opponent would want to draw two cards for such a price, but how would it do in large multiplayer games?
I would have trouble choosing what to do. Everyone choosing "Do Nothing" is clearly best, but if that's best, someone's likely to take advantage of that. Uh, like me, for example!
I've got a similar card in my game, Merchant's Dilemma. Each opponent secretly chooses to take a gold or not. You gain a gold for each opponent who does. I guess that's more like tempting offer directly...
Hm... yeah, that would be a tempting offer.
As for the Demon... yeah, decisions are hard. Though the worst outcome for the player casting the Demon is if one person "volunteers" as the sacrifice to not take it and everyone else does take it, resulting in several of your opponents drawing cards and you not getting extra cards.
EDIT: Wait, I'm not sure why I thought of that... I don't think anyone would want to volunteer for that in a free-for-all game because it puts them behind by a lot. But if you're playing Archenemy and you cast this (as the Archenemy), then that's probably what would happen.
-----
"Does anyone know of the consequences of breaking the fifth wall? I don't think I'd want to try it myself, as breaching the fourth wall already had dire consequences for me."
I might volunteer in exchange for certain promises from the others, especially if the Demon player is winning by a lot. Can't attack me for two rounds, you have to use a certain activated ability to my benefit, etc.
@Kank: "That's the truth! Please enter a lie!" - That's the type of warning you'd get if you entered that in game.
Nibbler is of course the actual correct answer to the question. I asked three users on Sporcle to give me fake answers that might fool other people, and all three of them came up with the same answer - which means I created two of my own fake answers to fool others (since that's what actually happens in Fibbage - if there are duplicates, the game makes its own fake answers to fill in the gaps).
We need a new thread title for Feb.
If we want to keep with a "make this MtG card better" theme, I'm cool with that. It seems like we had the most activity of the month when we were coming up with new Ornithopters.

Anyways, here's one of the questions I posed for my next Fibbage game on Sporcle. What fake answer would you create for this?
"Before 'Snake' came to cell phones... what was the title of the 1982 arcade game in which one had to navigate a snake through mazes to collect food?"

Yeah, I'm still lurking around here despite the current lack of activity. So, we're going with a Magic cards theme this year?
