Also, here's one of my own. These are based on things that actually happened after 2012 that I probably mentioned in this thread, so those who were here during these times may know the answer.
1) I made a level in Super Mario Maker that's a parody of one of the most difficult levels ever created in that game.
2) There's a Shiba Inu in the house right now.
3) I wrote my own arrangement for the Christmas song Silent Night.
4) For the release of Battle For Zendikar, I crafted a hedron using folded paper and glue
5) I love to hug people, both in real life and in the virtual world.
And no, my 4 is true as well. I downloaded the game because I thought Oliver would like it. He does. A lot! I didn't think I'd have as much fun playing it as I have though.
@Manders: I see your name on Steam and think of you.
@Stardust: Crazy auntie is it. We've decided not to have kids. I have fun playing with my nephew while my husband uses that to reaffirm our decision.
In crafting news: I casually decided to try to write a NANOWRIMO story. I hit 50k words yesterday and plan to spend today writing the ending so I can work on revisions the rest of the month. Going forward, I'm going to continue to try to write 50k words each month, though not necessarily always on the same story.

Nanowrimo! That's cool! Well done for getting it finished. I tried that years ago and only made 35k before running out of time. Never finished that story. What's yours about?
@Abby: 50,000 words sounds like a lot. That sounds awesome!
@Stardust: Hm... is it 5? (I have a feeling that one is "almost true", not entirely true.)
I'll wait for Manders before revealing the answer to mine. Though I remembered another statement I probably should have included to make it harder... the statement about doing 100 star jumps in under 150 seconds.
Also, it wouldn't be 2012 without one of these:
Caution: The floor is now whipped cream. It is extremely crucial that you do not touch the floor right now.
Not 5, no. Dominion is pretty well known to be a great game, but most haven't tried Quantum. Fantastic game. Very simple, but very deep, and plays almost like a puzzle at times.
Since there are only two left... I'm getting possession of my house next week, and it does have a large yard and is close to Nose Hill Park, the largest park in Calgary. I haven't even seen the inside personally yet! My parents and realtor took a lot of video and we just went for it blind.
And that leaves Kiku. The starry night alter is something I've had in mind for a long time, but I've never had the will to do it. Maybe that was too hard.
Yeah, sometimes these are hard and sometimes they are very easy.
You were correct with mine. I didn't play Silent Night, I played We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
Also, earlier this year on Sporcle I posted a Two Truths and a Lie question that seemed to be hard for most others:
1) I can almost do a straddle jump
2) I have worn a Free Hugs shirt several times, usually with successful results
3) I can play three instruments and sing (not simultaneously, of course)
Since it was made in a quiz style (someone else took 22 of these to make a quiz out of), it doesn't track which wrong answers people guess most often, but only 39.4% of people got that one correct.
Stardust: I completed the story, all 50k words. It's about a spaceship. Tomorrow will be a day for revising and making sure everything is spelled right. I was dubious that I could finish the story in a month, but I took last week off work and knocked the end of it out.

They all sounded like some you would do, which is the point, so good job.
Yeah, I tried to be a bit tricky with the music one, but Stardust saw right through it.
I'm in a bit of a hurry now, but I'll pull up links to some of the relevant stuff later.
If I had put "I can do 100 star jumps in under 2 min 30 sec", would you have picked that one?
Ah... for a previous one I put "I can hold a handstand for at least three seconds" and everyone immediately went for that one (because I can't do that one, obviously).
Shiba Inu - the dog actually belongs to my sister who has moved to the next town over, but she comes back and brings the dog every now and then.
Hedron - we had a small challenge within the clan to make something Eldrazi-themed for the release of BFZ, so I decided to make that because I like making geometrical things.
My Mario Maker level - I did get another YouTube gamer to play the level and upload a video, but he seems to have deleted it, so I can't link it here... It's a loose parody of "Pit of Panga: U-Break". Mine is called "U-Breakfast Machine", and it's a level where you just hold right and run continuously. (Also a play on the Breakfast Machine in Family Guy - it shoots you with a Bullet Bill.)
Alright, I'm writing a separate message here because it's been a day... the light elemental being has made a new music quiz yet again. It seems... quite a bit easier than the silly statement I have written in the embed suggests (I didn't actually think it was super super hard, I was just being a bit silly).
Writing sentences excluding this letter is surprisingly difficult. I have a feeling that satisfying the light elemental's jump requests is easier.
Great Britain is just England, Scotland and Wales. Add Northern Ireland into that and you get the UK. The Isle of Man is just a rock sticking up out of the middle of the Irish sea with its own government and laws.

Well, I knew it had its' own government and laws because my Granddad told me that, but I thought they were still part of Great Britain. Thank you, I do so enjoy learning new things.
Wow! I leave for Thanksgiving and all sorts of stuff happens!
Welcome back Manders and Stardust!
Hopefully your return(s) will give this place the kick in the *meow* it needs!
Oh, and I knew the "proudly" voting for Trump was the bold-faced lie.
I have some [extended] family members that voted for Trump, but even they weren't proud of it.

Oh, no, sir! I have in-laws (love them to death, I do!) that voted for Trump and they did so quite proudly.
@Stardust: Yeah, I didn't know if having an "almost-truth" would make it too hard or not... If I had put the statement about doing 100 star jumps within 2:30 there, would you have considered picking that one?
Also, the random silly question I've asked a few times (modified slightly)...
How many star jumps have you done since the beginning of 2016?
A) 100 or more
B) Fewer than 100 but more than zero
C) Exactly zero
D) Fewer than zero but more than -100
E) -100 or less
Also, how many hugs have you given since the beginning of 2016? (The choices are the same as the question above.)
Oh, and I also made another math quiz that Bur will most likely finish in about half the time.

Only Aurora could do that many, and you are not Aurora.
I finished the first draft of my sell sheet for Merchant's Dilemma tonight. Looks pretty good! The idea with this is I send it to publishers (or hand it over in person), they read it, then decide if they want to ask for a copy of the game for playtesting. So what do you think? If you were a publisher, would you want to playtest Merchant's Dilemma based on this one page alone?
Wh... what? But I am Aurora! It says so right in my title!
(On an actual note regarding my identity/nicknames - you can still call me Aurora if you really prefer to imagine that it's still our resident light elemental who is crafting all the music and the quizzes here. She still has to exist around here in spirit, in some way.)
Maybe you could try to complete that challenge yourself... well, it is possible, but the main problem is that you'd probably be too tired to stand up for a few minutes after finishing. You are allowed to use pixie dust if you had any (though I actually didn't use any pixie dust when I did it myself).
And I read that page, it looks nice! Seems like a "back-of-the-box" image.
And... sure, also #4 for Stardust.
