I think I'm the last holdout from MTGSalivation and since Slavan no longer comes around anymore, none of the old school ImageCrafters seem to be active, so that means everyone else is here from the post merger era.
If we want to stay alive, we always have to be open to new blood, and if other clans have limited members left that want to participate in the clan forums but just aren't active enough otherwise, they are welcome to join up with us here. Since all you have to do is either be creative or at least appreciate creativity, the prerequisites to join [The Crafters] are fairly easy to satisfy.
im thinking of making a flavour commander deck for *****s and gig, and im starting a D&D campaign for school, im thinking along the lines of political intrigue for it.
The business takes up most of my time, so I hardly have time for anything besides sleep. If you all want me to run Secret Santa again, I can. Just let me know who all wants to participate.
the crafters looks dead, as the only reason it hasnt been active since april is that noone else is there... ill probably go with the friends with the spirit and member of here
If it's too hard to keep Spirit of EDH up and running, you, Bur, and anyone else who is still around are welcome to join up with us here. Creating original EDH decks would surely count as being crafty!

Oooh. I've been waiting for this the whole year.

The offer stands if you're interested. Your clan had two posts for the entire month of September and zero posts so far this month.
We could talk about EDH here whenever you'd like!
Sure, I'll make more altered lands and paper snowflakes. And I'll include a postcard too.
(And of course there will be one of Aurora's little requests written on that postcard too, though of course none of you should have any trouble following along with that.)
Usually nothing too difficult - usually just asking you to do some number of jumps after reading the message, before making your next post on the forums.
Yeah, these requests usually don't work online (unless Bur is the one doing them) since Aurora isn't actually watching you doing these. If these were actually done in person then there would be something like a hug as a reward for finishing these, but it doesn't really work here. (Though it's fun to do... well, at least Aurora thinks that way.)
The waiter standing before this mundane group is none other than Lamont, an individual Squad Obsidian met briefly at the Jeevescake Factory before embarking on their previous mission to Kamigawa.
Lamont: "Quizzes? Well, she's supposed to be making Jeevescakes. Got at least two dozen cranky customers waiting on their desserts back at the restaurant and Genevieve's breathing down my neck.
*Retrieves a small flask from his jacket pocket and takes a few swigs*
"From the sound of things, new girl's slacking. We can't have that."
This is where things get confusing - the Aurora that makes quizzes and the Aurora that exists in the RP world clearly can't actually be the same person. Separate universes, or something.
...But then again, the quiz-making Aurora basically requires me to do all the work for her... this is getting weird. Though of course I'm allowing her to have the credit for it, so it's okay on my part.
In that case, my reply to Lamont may be along the lines of:
"Wait, I must be thinking of someone in a different world... oh wait, am I talking through the dreaded fourth wall here?"
----------
Note for those who remember from 2012 and earlier - the difference was more clear back then: The quiz-making Aurora was the one who claimed to be real. The RP Aurora was the one who was claimed to be fictional by the other one. The quiz-making Aurora was phased out for a while when I had to reveal the reality, but is coming back a bit more (although different in a few ways) now that the RP Aurora has been sent backstage.
"Waiter! I still haven't received my Turtle Jeevescake, you know, made from real Galapagosianax Cluster turtles! Waiter! What is taking so goddess-damned long?"
Uh... lighting the drapes of the Jeevescake Factory would probably get you demoted into oblivion (destroying actual GreyCorps property seems like a bad idea).

As for what I'm actually making... I'm making a quiz based on Fibbage. I looked up various random crazy facts to make trivia questions, and I sent the trivia questions to other Sporcle users who wanted to participate (three different people received each question). Each player will submit a fake answer for each question so that there will be three wrong answers for each question.
Lamont: "Yeah, we're talking through the 'fourth wall'. Kinda easy since there's a hole in it big enough for me to walk through. This place is long overdue for some maintenance if you ask me.
"So, no Cake Making Aurora? Well that's terrific. Knowing my luck Brody probably got to her too.
*takes another swig from his flask, then saunters back towards the "RP" side of the wall while rattling off his to-do list*
"Get a Mythic Rare Turtle Cake for the mighty Kankennon, find someone to replace the Glowworm, and douse the burning drapery.
"...BURNING DRAPERY? As if my day couldn't get any worse."
"Oh dear, what's going on?! Also, I haven't paid attention to what this Aurora has been doing since she went to make cakes... this seems very unlike her though."
"Brody" is Ambrose and he isn't near any drapes at the moment or in the Jeevescake Factory for that matter. Last we checked he was browsing around that curio shop across from Boiling Angst (the GreyCorps equivalent to Hot Topic).

That's Penguin #2 from Mawaru Penguindrum that I started watching. It's addicting.

Speaking of other things in the fictional world... how high does one need to jump (vertically) to be considered anywhere close to "normal" there?
