Can Garnets, Topazes and Peridots etc. cost below 100$? Because I am suspicious that Gems could cost as little as 20$.
Is it possible for Gems to actually cost that little and still be genuine? About how much do they cost as Raw materials?
Where can I find a good forum on these things? Or where can I get genuine gems?
Can they cost that little? Yes, absolutely. Looking at the images, it looks like she's got polished stones instead of professionally cut ones. She lists them as 'natural', so I'm assuming they're super low carat, like 0.5 or less.
For $12, as long as you like the look it doesn't really matter, does it?
Okay thank You. My Idea was to put it into a rope necklace. You know like those surfer dudes with gems insteaf of teeth.
I will buy them for me and my trans brother (As we are "male" I doubt we will care much about carats and all that)
Thank you again!
Now for the real deal, my mother's Peridot. Last year we (my siblings and I) bought her this charm bracelet for her birthday. Now we plan to add charms to it every year.
So for me and my siblings I guess these stones will do but my mother's bracelet deserves more so i will fing better peridot.
And so I continue my search for Gems! Thanks.
