The average lion is approximately 190 cm long and 60 cm wide = 11400 cm2 = 0.00000114 km2
Now, if we take that times a trillion we get 11,400,000 km2 of lion.
Firefox 3 is good. But, personally, I prefer Opera 9.5, which was also released recently (last week).
I suggest everyone to give Opera 9.5 a try - it's worth it.
Basically, Opera 9.5 has everything that Firefox 3 have and it's even less heavy, even more stable, clean, WebStandards-friendly and elegant.
And I miss my favorite skin in Firefox 3. Hope they update it soon.
I like it, but if I can't get my mouse gesture add-on Tab Mix Plus for it, I'll consider reverting. My most important security add-ons are still working (TorButton, QuickJava, RefControl), and AdBlock is up, so I'm mostly covered. I do miss my miniFox theme, but Classic Compact is good enough.

My anecdotal evidence disagrees with yours! EXPLAIN THAT!
I have been using the beta version of 3 for a bit now and been loving it. Had a small glitch with a forums I post on that I couldn't log in using 3.

I will play what wins, not what is convenient. Personal preference is nothing, The win is all that matters. I will netdeck at every opportunity, but I will not let that stifle my creativity. Style points do not appear on tournament reports. A good deck with an incompetent pilot is nothing more than a dressed up match win. I will crush my opponent mercilessly, and expect no less from him. Victory is its own reward, The prize is just a bonus.

I believe it's been here since a while back... of course, I was using the beta. I can't honestly tell the difference between firefox 3 and 2. They both run the same to me. Of course, one could be faster but both of them are still relatively slow to me.

Most of it's backstage. The zoom feature is probably the most visible change, but the rest is overall stability and improvements to its extension capabilities.

I used to use safari until i downloaded firefox 3.0 on a whim yesterday. I have to admit i'm very impressed. It has all the perks of safari plus add ons and it displays some content that safari can't.
Media is not making me steal. But in a way is like the story of the very hot girl with the short skirt teasing the old sick guy with a history of rape.
I downloaded it yesterday. Works fine for me, except Google Web Accelerator hasn't been working. Google will probably fix it soon. I can stomach cable internet without acceleration for a little while.
The buttons are all pretty, but the dropdown menus seem a little clunky, especially the downloads list. More information, but slower loading and rendering.
ugh. go figure this is finally released while i'm currently using flipping dial up for the next couple of days. I guess i'll hafta wait until i get my hi-speed connection back b4 i download it.
Hell, i think i'd like to use a faster version of ff, which is already fast in my mind. I'll have to look into that Google web accel, i never heard of it. Thanx for mentioning it

You forgot to mention the skin looks like crap compared to the previous version. I can easily forgive that though. I love me some Opera.
Yeah, I think the creators of Fx steal most of their good ideas (saving tabs after closing the browser, ability to re-open accidentally clsoed tabs) from Opera.
Unfortunately, originality isn't really that much of a factor in this branch. You just want the best browser, screw it if it steels ideas.

We have laboured long to build a heaven, only to find it populated with horrors.
I've been running FF3 since beta 3 or something. It's good stuff. I especially like the additions to the address bar bringing up bookmarks in addition to history.

So smart ideas that have been done before must be forsaken in the name of "this was my idea, not yours!"?
Consider it approval of Opera that Firefox includes these features.

Well, I keep 4 different browsers on my QuickLaunch bar anyway. Opera's good for some things, Firefox for others. I have IE for those Doomsday Scenarios ("we're sorry, but only Internet Explorer is supported"), and Safari for kicks. I'm considering keeping Firefox 2 on my bar, as well, because I've had one crash in Firefox 3 already. =/ (Interestingly, it was The Magic Show playing in Full Screen. :P)
Why complain about a browser or brag about another when you can just have it all?

I'm using it right now, and it is pretty dang good. Looks very nice too.
Has anyone else downloaded it?
Hell, if I can keep my passwords, favourites and my mouse gestures add-on, I'll probably switch.

How did you get WMP 11 as an add-on?
EDH: WEight-and-a-half-tailsW
EDH: U/ Dralnu, Lich Lord B/
Extended:U/ Fish U/
Not many more bells and whistles but who needs that when you have add-ons.
Feel free to bid on my cards here!
Woops I meant plug-in
