General Rules:
Be excellent to each other.
Post at least 2 posts in the thread per 24 hours during Day phases, and at least 2 posts in any chats you are in per 24 hours during Night phases.
If you damage the continuation of the game, you damage your own continuation as a part of the game. (Be it through toxicity, inactivity, OGI, or other game sanctity issues.)
Don't make me make more rules.
Game-Specific Rules:
Scissors cuts paper
Rock crushes scissors.
Paper covers rock.
Each player chooses rock, paper, or scissors each night, and may target another player. Players may not self-target unless their role states otherwise.
If you submit actions in the last six hours of the night phase, your submission may be summarily ignored.
Players learn their alignment and a hint word but not their role or abilities.
Mafia may talk in the Factional Chat during the Day phase.
Phases are 5-day Days and 2-day Nights. There's 7 of you, that should be more than enough time for 4 people to converge on a majority vote.

I will happily join your game if nobody uses the word 'lynch' (including in their sig block).
We all actively try to avoid that word, but it is so deeply engrained in our game vocabulary that it sometimes slips out.
For a European like me the word has no connotation whatsoever, so I actively must think about not using it.
Maybe playing with someone that has real problems with it helps me putting it in the “words not to use” part of my vocabulary.
My advice: don’t sign up if you’re going to throw a tantrum if the word slips in a post.
And if you do join and see the word, kindly ask us not to use it rather than getting angry. We do not have malicious intent.

I also do not have malicious intent, and I'm not here to ruin anyone's good time. To that end I solemnly swear to: make a good faith effort to play the game (it will be my first); not "throw a tantrum"; and not quit the game out of spite. If something does slip out I expect whoever is hosting the game to send a PM, and that person can simply edit their post while we continue uninterrupted. Easy peasy.
The only reason we might have a problem, I think, is if someone is doing it deliberately (and despite my request - I make no demands here) even after host intervention. Osie may have to ask me not to participate altogether if he feels that other players won't humor me.
I hope you enjoy your first game with us Flossy, FYI editing or deleting posts is typically banned in Mafia games. Let's have fun ousting/flushing/ejecting/yeeting etc. the bad guys... or being the bad guys ourselves!
Osie, I'm not satisfied with our conversation. We can either continue it in private (soon), or we can continue it here. I prefer the former.
To the rest of you: I'm curious to know why this ...

... wasn't enough to assuage or prevent you from bullying Osie into kicking me out preemptively. I was told the proper way to have an influence on this community was to make a good faith effort to become part of it, and that's exactly what I did. Is this how you grow? Is this the impression you want potential new players to walk away with?

I wasn't bullied into anything. I considered a decision for the week or so you've been signed up and talked with a few different people about it. When it came down to it, several members of the community between players, replacements, and others communicated to me that they were not comfortable with you. Once it came down to potentially replacing people out, I asked several people whose opinions I trust both inside and outside this community and considered for a while before coming to the conclusion that it was better to remove you rather than take the risk with this particular game. That was my choice as the host.
You didn't talk with me about it at all this past week, and you have more than some small experience with me personally - my behavior, my self-expression - on your private discord server. As the person running this thing, and the very person who exhorted me to play in the first place, that should have been ample good faith. If that were ever in doubt, I expect it wouldn't have taken you this long to make it known. Instead you what, cave to pressure because... why? It was inconvenient to start sign-ups over again, or wait it out? Your self-interest in preserving the game here, on this site, won't permit you to humor me because it would alienate enfranchised players who won't stop doing the very thing you also want them to stop doing? Osie, if there aren't enough people in the larger community that you can't fill a 7-player game, this experience isn't going to help rectify your larger problems. Instead you're sending a clear message that people who take issue with the word 'lynch' aren't welcome here.
Today I was kicked out of a Mafia game, and for all that the greater loss was had by you.
