KoolKoal: Feel free to take this with a grain of salt since self meta isn't particularly helpful, but I think I get scumread mostly for style over substance, but also for a certain lack of substance over style. It's not so much what I AM posting most of the time (though sometimes that can seem bad) but what I'm NOT posting. I've been told I come to non-obvious conclusions a lot, so when I post, quite a bit of the time there's jumps in logic that people can't follow and they think that's scummy. I get that accusation about a lot of questions I ask specifically. People call them "busy work" when the questions are legit etc.
As far as things to ignore, I can't think of anything. I would suggest you focus less on what I'm doing and more on how I'm doing it. That's probably more likely to be accurate. Like I've just said, what I do tends to come off a little weird, but if you look for how I do it, mindset comes into play and maybe you figure out something useful.
Last, you specifically flipped your opinion on Mind after Keldeo replaced him, so talk about that for me. What did Mind do in DitF that he didn't do here?
I can't really say why I made the original post
but the second post, was because there was drastically different tone coming from his wolf game DITF, and here
specifically, his very early wall post, saying, "If you want to try to mislynch me, I am going to put up a fight"
You thought that was fake before though, right? What changed your mind?

but w/e the reason was, I believed it

I'm working on it fulcrum, there's a lot to respond in there.
And I would say Last's scum game is slightly more stilted and more by-the-book. The biggest thing I noticed in Modern was that several people just didn't want to read Last's posts due to his style, something he took great advantage of up until endgame.
In this game he's expressing a lot more active thinking about the gamestate and there's a lot of genuine confusion in his posts, something I think he has a hard time faking.
What do you mean by "due to his style"? What exactly made people not want to read them? How exactly did he take advantage?
His posting style is a lot more casual and conversational, which I think stems from the fact that he started playing mafia on an anime site, then MafiaUniverse. This style kind of flies in the face of MTGS's "let's chuck walls at each other until we faint" mafia site meta, so I think he was able to get away with a lot of BS in Modern because people simply didn't read his posts properly. He made it to endgame despite having not-great interactions with his partners due to this.

Ahh ok. I wonder if dawningbluesky set a record for the total number of posts in a single game (1.3k)
fulcrum: I don't know Last's general scum tendencies, but in Modern Mafia he was on town counterwagons to scum and he generally only voted scum when he needed to.
That's why I said that he used people not reading his posts to his advantage: If you looked at his voting record for that game (and for most of the scum in general) it was pretty poor.

also Rhand says, in #487, and that's just wrong given Vezok is unlikely to defend his partners from what I remember, and you don't defend your partner like that
the pocketing comment is :uhh:, but I dont think a wolf really talks like that
says that Vezok/Fulcrum look W/W
somehow forgot to add that
@killjoy
Here, early game. Rhand calls me/Vezok W/W, Last calls that out and defends Vezok. We're not scum together.
first off I changed light-green to yellow-green so that my eyes don't bleed
My breakdown of this readlist
Nacho/Last on top is perfect
Gemma being one below top is also a great spot for her
went through Axel's ISO, and I am fine with this spot
both Silver and Vaimes are falling, like normally I am like, ya, ignore them till day 2 or something of the sorts, but I think Vaimes is personally beating this, "I will bully last", like a dead horse, and his, "Haha this is a town post", doesn't make sense, I can find some super townie posts probably, and that's not one of them
Silver is better than vaimes I guess, but I really dislike his read on Mind, feels like he is fence-sitting on that slot
KJ is giving thoughts even if like I said, I don't agree with some of them, with varying degrees ranging from, "k", all the way to, "I can't tell if Killjoy actually thinks this, or he's just a wolf"
Rhand/KCC/DK are all in this spot where I don't really have a reason to hate them yet, and Kcc looks better because of her claim
Asta is pureish? but that doesn't tell me anything about his alignment
I gave my read on shadow, but he probably is just super busy, so I'll see what his replacement does
Sloth has posts? and ya thats pretty much it, like he asks questions, but doesnt do anything with them, and I still dont really know where he stands
you all know my read on Mind
you all know my thoughts on Vezok, I think my post where I said that his one post was pretty townie is just bad looking back it
Im not reading Tom today, but he can be town until I have reason to believe otherwise since we mindmeld on a few things
fulcrum can be red because Tom doesnt like him
Last
Nacho
Gemma
Tom
Axel
Asta
KCC
DK
Asta
shadow
Silver
Vaimes
Sloth
Vezok
Mindreaver
fulcrum
I think I like this
I dont think both silver and Vaimes can be wolves, but we will see, I wanna be different so I am not giving them a town read anymore
neither probably gets lynched today, unless they are town
Early wall, Last said no words about Rhand and dk, that would be super weird to do to scummates. Also called me scum.
well Im not voting Rhand solely because you are on it
ur last sentence is actually so wolfy...
you and vaimes have these reads on Mindreaver, that just feel like TMI, like everything just feels so reachy
and now you don't care if he is lynched?
we are not ending the day phase this early since we don't have enough posts from certain players to ascertain a possible alignment read on them without just straight-up winging it
Honest question, how many alignment reads do you really think you'll nail down on D1?
Super weird question for a wolf to ask another wolf when they're defending a third wolf.
Rhand/vaimes feel like wolf/wolf, but in the off chance I am wrong, lynching a top poster is probably bad, but like so is lynching a lurker, so given that, I'd probably vote Rhand, who is in between, even though I also don't really want to vote him day one since I've read him wrong in every game we've been in together, outside resistance
I don't really like his killjoy vote
This could be a waffling bus, maybe, but he set himself up to push Vaimes here and then turned to dunk on Rhand instead. That's not a powerwolfing move.
if Silver isnt hammered then that means, there is no possible world from my POV where both Silver and Fulcrum are town
because I know I am town, and if Silver is town, then Fulcrum is lynched if he is town, but on the other hand, if I fulcrum is town, and silver is a wolf, its the same difference
either way, one them contains a wolf
I guess we will see if this holds true in like 12 hours
Oh wait, remember Kcc said she was goimg to protect Axel in the neighbor chat amd then he died anyway. Last and I both wouldn't have shot there, not when it could have rebounded on dk and cleared kcc.

You thought that was fake before though, right? What changed your mind?
Correct. The game would be over. Asta can only be with Silver
but w/e the reason was, I believed it
I'm talking Last's ISO.
So, did he defend his partners? Did he ever bus?
I believe you, but I'm not the one you need to convince
in my last two wolf games on this site, I strictly went for the TMI hard defending my buddies route
until I had to vote Grape
second game I came in with a fake blue check on my partner
fulcrum: I don't know Last's general scum tendencies, but in Modern Mafia he was on town counterwagons to scum and he generally only voted scum when he needed to.

@Fulcrum
no lie though, I am kinda still afraid of the Silver/Asta world
so if we could possibly not vote Proph, that would be great
If Fulcrum is town, then Silver is in both worlds anyways
but like those are my thoughts, I can't just not say them
I wish my one ******* check could actually help, haha
@Asta
if you are the wolf team, end this misery plz
The Current Season is Summer.
With 6 Alive it takes 4 to lynch.
Not willing to vote Proph, no, he isn't dkings partner remember?
Him or you, hun.
Maybe we just need to compromise and no Lynch since Asta is probably town?
You are driving me insane.
@fulcrum I like my vote where it is, thanks. If you're trying to threaten me with your vote it isn't going to work.
Oh, no. I don't expect you to vote your partner. I just want you to know how this is going to go.
I mean Fulcrum and Silver have both said fair points on each other
