my last words wont come for a while, if they even ever do... I dont expect this train will go far. I was always told i wasnt readable... tsk, time to throw in the towel
Quite shortly after the participants had woken up and realized the situation they were in, speakers crackled loudly.
After few seconds, the crackling ended and then a huge hologram of a bunny appeared on the one end of the hall the people were in.
"Hello, everybunny! It's nice to see that none of you died of the anesthetic overdose, like during the last group of people! My words carrot describe how thrilled I am."
People turned their attention to the weird, psychedelic-looking bunny hologram. Before anyone managed to utter a word, the hologram continued:
"It is my job to let you guys know the basics of the current situation. You are all chosen to participate in this game, where you wager your life! Isn't it thrilling? I hope you'll hare fun, since I'm already excited for this!
Anyways, if you guys wish to escape this facility, you need to catch the people responsible for this game, hiding among you! Now, weed out the traitors if you want to live! Not that you all, will live, but who cares! Hahaha. Have a nice tragedy!"
And then, the hologram suddenly turned off. People looked at each other astonished, but after a moment, the atmosphere turned more tense.
There were traitors here and you needed to find them as soon as possible, or else you might all die...
Fwiw i wont follow any plans for the prisoners dilemmas that don't let me betray my scumreads and ally with my townreads
You too Tom!? This reads like scum tom.
tbh it really isnt as ez as always voting good, tbh if you know the theory of the prisoners dilemma, then you should know why Betray/Betray is more beneficial...
My role can safely be betrayed a limited number of times without me getting too worried, I'll probably make a list of people I'm okay with betraying me should they get paired against me.
+1

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.
Yep, I'm on board especially because this feels like a Tom bus.

it seems your #53 has more of a sarcastic tone, yet u stilled voted me? interesting vote RealstinkyJoe and i understand why azreal is voting me, but what about you?
In other news, I'd like to propose that no one is allowed to betray except by advance agreement/clearance by the town. Partly because if anyone betrays me, I'm probably insta-dead. Which seems like a thing where if someone would try to do that to me, they shouldn't have an excuse, and I'm likely not the only one. Thoughts?
Like, if you are going to die if you get betrayed, then, yes, this is probably a thing you should announce ahead of time.
I am asking the mod a question tangentially related to this right now.

You're OMGUS definitely makes me feel better about my vote on you, but let me explain this to everyone who is voting me.
In #51, Last Whisper's Response to Azrael's pressure/vote (which clearly LW couldn't tell if Azrael was serious or not):
my last words wont come for a while, if they even ever do... I dont expect this train will go far. I was always told i wasnt readable... tsk, time to throw in the towel
It starts off over defensive, and arrogant, but even within the same posts it's like LW realizes it and then tries to right the ship by adding in a sarcastic throw in the towel comment in the end. This one post just ran the whole gambit of scum emotions. It's a dead serious vote.
In post #55 I got a whiff of Tom's Scum-Confidence (that I witnessed first hand with him last game) and my comment:
At Az, I will assume that in this game there will be roles like yours that can die to betrayal and there are roles that would also greatly benefit from Betrayals (being on the betraying end I mean). I can imagine it would have been a monumental task to balance this all, but I think it's fair to assume that if you will die to someone betraying you Night 1, it's something you should openly declare right off the bat. After that, you should be safe unless someone is trying to kill you and really wants to get Lynched the next day. No one should die because they get betrayed, there is no excuse for it. I think if anyone is at 1BP they should claim it. The AB list is public, I'm assuming, but should get clarification. Even if it's not public, it probably should be information we openly share.

You know why I'm voting you?? Why? *cocks eyebrow*
@Grape, I have my reasons. But look at it this way: a townie who knows he is mislynch material can choose to off himself by stating he will choose betray if partnered with anyone on his town block. Scum obviously wont eliminate themselves.
My stance may change later. Or it may not. Anyone who wants to risk my wrath can do so at their own peril.

Yeah, town could feasibly generate some pretty incredible extra lynch potential by judiciously organizing this mechanic. That's practically game-breaking. *strokes chin*

Compared to the last game where I played with you and you were scum... you know like a week ago?

Why are you defending Tom?
im not defending anyone, Im stating my distaste in Meta has a reason to vote someone... There was really no need to defend Tom, I was taking my stance on meta reads... it only helps to blind you, and create bad tunnels

The connection started with me thinking Tom sounded like he was bussing you by his tone. By itself, not solid enough to be concerned, but when you responded a defense to a comment I made directly to Tom it kind of solidified it.
I asked the mod. if there was going to be any differentiation in the "morning" scenes between people who get killed by the Mafia vs. people who died because they ran out of BP/got betrayed. Then I asked (without really expecting an answer) whether all the dying in this game is just from running out of BP, like the Mafia kill is "target player loses all their BP" or something like that, meaning all the deaths would look the same.
Mod. answer was that all the deaths are going to look the same. So we aren't going to be able to tell (necessarily) who died because they got targeted by the mafia vs. who might have died because he burned up all his BP/got betrayed/etc.

Because you're a cynical person who inherently distrusts strangers who are nice to you for no apparent reaason.
The unapparent reason is I've never played with you before to my knowledge, but I appreciate players who can independently articulate solid emotional and mindset reads very early in the game, and I like to give credit where it's due. And then ask you a lot of questions. Partly for collaboration, and partly just to secretly spur you to post enough that I can confirm my reads on you. Shhh, don't tell anyone else what I'm up to.
