Even with that statement you really can't quite say for certain that everything was an alcohol induced dream. It all felt so real. Everything heck even that one fellow that your certain was insinuating he was you. And yet here and there you are finding little things that appear to point out that possibly it wasn't a dream. The smell of smoke. The wrong reflection. But at least things are back to normal for the time being right? right.....

Moving down the hallway you again reach the elevator and are greeted by the same employee as beforehand.

"Thanks." Devon grunted, before dashing out the door, and onto the street. He desperately tries to hail a taxi, praying to get there in something resembling on time.
The hell is with people today. Robert trots, following the icy ground, looking for damaged ice. to follow I may not be good with books, but it is still rude to mess with them. I bet this guy has been vandalizing the library.
OOC: So Robert is going twoards the footfalls then. OK.
Robert begins to follow the sounds of the ice until he finds himself in a very large opening in the book shelves. At first when he enters the opening he sees what appears to be a oddly shaped piece of ice upon the ground almost the size of a curled up person. Jagged spikes point out in all manner of direction from the block. As he gets closer though he can see that there is a cold mist radiating from the form and on top of it he hears a soft voice talking to itself over and over again.

"Hey...you ok man?" Robert stops, heasitant to get closer. He looks at the ice (what he can only assume is this man's sculpture) upon the ground. Maybe he's trying to figure out what he really wants it to look like.

As you stand there looking at the ice you notice more and more that it has the physical shape of a real person. And then suddenly the soft voice stops. The icy block then begins move slowly as you watch in horror as a human like figure stands covered in jagged shards of ice and horribly frostbitten skin. Its back though is still towards you but that really won't be for long.

Okay, I don't care if this guy is practicing some kind of magic trick or what. I have more important things to worry about today. Robert slowly backs away, trying to make as little noise as possible so as to not disturb what is going on. Now I just have to remember the way back out...

OOC: San -1. Although nice job not failing and turning into a gibbering mess. Also I'm going to do my best to describe this figure but words may not do it justice.
Your backing up without disruption is short lived as you notice the icy figure turns around to face you. What you look at is an icy blue place with chunks of flesh missing from its body. Those missing parts though seem to be sealed over by large chunks of ice. Looking at the arms of the figure you see spikes of ice that seem to just pop out of the flesh its revolting and unnatural. Where feet once were you notice that heavy boots covered in thick ice remain. The eyes of the figure, which appear to be black hollow orbs sitting in the sockets, stare straight at you before the figure itself lets out a terrible scream. It lifts a single finger and points it at you.
Voice: Warmth......Must have your warmth.....

OOC: I'm starting to lose track of where I am in this library augh.
Robert finds himself chilled to the bone by the appearance of the...thing. What would I even call it? "To hell with this, there is no reason for me to be here." Robert double times it (as best he can on the slippery ice) away from the figure in the direction he thinks leads him out.

You discover that you have no clue where exactly you are and as you try to move away you actually become more disorientated in figuring out where you exact location is. And to make matters worse the frozen thing has decided to take on a slow and steady pursuit of you.

"Okay, this ☺☺☺☺ has gone off the deep end...." Robert tries to find a map or layout of some sort on a wall. Hopefully it will have that handy little "You are here!" dot. "I wish I had my hand gun on me." He mutters.

Cabbie: Bub just hold on to your hat. Cause I will get you where you need to go.
OOC: I'm pausing for a moment if you have any internal thoughts/comments that your character would like to make feel free.
Dear God, I'm going to die... He mused after seeing the manic look in the cabbie's eyes.
