Well, you definitely can block me a lot of times, but eventually I will race over you. Remember, the decks play two games. One you go first (on the play) and the other go second (on the draw). You have to beat my deck on BOTH games, which will give you the desired "WW" (Win, Win).
With those decks, here is the narration of turns:
1. I play a Mishra's Workshop.
2. You play your Academy Ruins and Brass Gnat.
3. I play the other Mishra's Workshop then my Hellkite.
4. You play your Dimir Aqueduct (tapped) and return your Ruisn to hand.
5. I attack. You block and Gnat dies.
6. You play your Ruins.
7. I attack and you lose 5 life. At the end of turn, you return your Gnat to your library.
8. You play your Gnat.
9. I attack. You block and Gnat dies.
10. You do nothing.
11. Go to step 7.
1. You play your Academy Ruins and Brass Gnat.
2. I play a Mishra's Workshop.
3. You play your Dimir Aqueduct (tapped) and return your Ruisn to hand. Attack with Gnat. I lose 1 life.
4. I play the other Mishra's Workshop then my Hellkite.
5. On upkeep you untap your Gnat. You play your Ruins.
6. I attack. You block and Gnat dies.
7. You do nothing.
8. I attack and you lose 5 life. At the end of turn, you return your Gnat to your library.
9. You play your Gnat.
10. Go to step 6.
The entire time during the last match when I was color screwed and kept off double white I was thinking "Damnit Jaden, that troll-faced bastard might be right."
that doesn't actually work, if you play Rakdos Guildmage then Guul Draz Specter will become a 5/5 before Arc Trail resolves. Basically, whoever plays a creature first looses so it ends a draw.
Yes, it has been used. You can check the list of used (and, therefore, banned) cards in the first post of this thread.
Also, that deck doesn't beat my deck. Check, for example, how it goes when you are on the play:
1. You play Forest -> Chatter of the Squirrel
2. I play Fountain of Cho tapped.
3. You play Scythe Tiger, sacrifice your Forest and attack with your token. I go to 19.
4. I play Remote Farm tapped.
5. You attack with both creatures. I go to 15. At the EOT, I put a counter on Fountain.
6. I do nothing.
7. You attack with both creatures. I go to 11. At the EOT, I put a counter on Fountain.
8. I do nothing.
9. You attack with both creatures. I go to 7. At the EOT, I put a counter on Fountain.
10. I play Elspeth Tirel, and put three tokens.
11. You don't attack, because you would lose both your creatures.
12. I play Elspeth Tirel's +2 ability and go to 10.
13. You don't attack, because you would lose both your creatures.
14. I put more tokens and attack. Eventually, I will win.

both Maze of Ith and Vitu-Ghazi, the City-Tree have been used
so Guul Draz Specter hasn't been beat yet
I don't think they have. They weren't on the spreadsheet when I posted the cards; I added them myself.
Anyway, in response to Remote Farm / Fountain of Cho / Elspeth Tirel:
Rishadan Port

sorry about that, for future refrence put the new cards on the right side, having imported fields and non imported fields together gets confusing
that doesn't do it, he can tap your Golgari Rot-Farm each upkeep so you can't play anything with it.
Briarhorn
Hickory Woodlot
city of traitors
that doesn't beat it, If you attack me for 4 then I can play Briarhorn make him a 6/6 and block
