5 of us went for the apparently-obvious-to-everyone-but-me phage win.

Blind Magic is an online Magic format played here on the forums. Players play with an extremely limited deck size, such as 3 cards. Players begin with their entire deck (ie: those three cards) in hand and have no library (players don't lose when they fail to draw a card because of this). Due to the extremely limited number of play options given with their small deck size, games are calculated, rather then played, with an absolute determined winner (or a tie). Each player plays a match of two games against each other player who submitted - once going first, and once going second. Wins, losses, and ties for each of those two games are calculated by the moderator and players. The actual fun of the game comes from trying to decide which cards you will be playing.
The All Blind Tournament is a four-week XCB tournament, which spans all card blind formats and embraces a progressive anti-metagame. For each week of the four-week tournament, a new XCB format is announced for players to enter. Players compete for points (similiar to the PotM points for previous XCB games) each round. At the end of the four-week tournament, the player who has accumulated the most points over the four weeks wins the tournament, and receives a real-world prize.
2-9: 3-3: Emrakul is turn three if it's via Seizure.
3-9: 6-0: Nothing relevant here.
4-9: 6-0: Too slow, and not enough permanents to survive annihilator.
5-9: 0-6: Extra turns are not good against Crypt. cogmonocle casts one Crypt one turn one and the remaining two on turn two. Seizure recursion isn't fast enough to be relevant.
6-9: 6-0: Emrakul hits turn two.
7-9: 6-0: Emrakul hits turn three.
8-9: 3-3: Emrakul hits turn two on the play, but Feyd has enough tokens to survive an Emrakul attack when he starts (without giving me enough permanents to survive the counterattack), and Denial prevents Seizure loops from killing tokens.

i think its less good than you think. the most important part of the chancellor deck is speed, and winning a turn later is rough.
it would split against 4 and 6.
edit: actually, i guess thats 2 points better than you did, after including your points for 3-3ing me
oh, i actually didnt realize that the effect was symmetrical.
well i think thats an easy fix. anyone have any objection to just replacing one of the leylines with a useless card to make it work like expected?
using forest/darksteel relic or whatever changes no results that i see
Mishra's Workshop + Epochrasite is not actually a backup win condition. The Epochrasite token is a 4/4, so it outraces the real Epochrasite (never blocking to let it get big).

If you're on the play and play Chalice on 0, I can't counter anything, but you can't win either, because whoever plays Vault lets the other player resolve Phage first. If I'm on the play, I drop Lotus and I can Drain your Phage unless unless casts Chalice for 2. But you can't cast Chalice + Phage before I cast Phage.

Here's what I think is going on with my deck, number 6:
1-6: 3-3: Agree with tom; whoever's on the play wins.
2-6: 2-2: I believe whamme's best approach in this match is to sit there and wait. If he plays the Hangar, I can use my copy of it to power out my own Phage first with Mana Drain backup. If he doesn't, I wouldn't be able to cast Phage without it being countered and setting up his Phage. So if he doesn't play the Hangar, it's also in my best interest to do nothing.
3-6: 6-0: My Phage is faster.
4-6: 2-2: Angel's Grace stops my Phage cold. Likewise, I can Mana Drain the Sneak Attack. This looks like another stalemate.
5-6: 0-6: I'm all tangled up.
6-7: 0-6: You have more counters than I do.
6-8: 2-2: You can just sit on Denial.
6-9: 0-6: I can't counter Emrakul!
You can't cast Sneak, or activate it without red mana, which means you have to have Bloom.
If he drops chalice @ 0, your bloom gets countered, and you're stuck.
He later casts Phage, you Angel's Grace the loss.
Phages will trade, and Epohcrasite will swing a win.
Actually I can just play chalice on x=1, which stops both grace and lotus bloom
I'm only writing this out for clarity, as you do definitely win.
Just for reference, and for perhaps a newer person coming in for a read, etc.
Lotus Bloom has no mana cost, which gives it a CMC of 0.
Chalice @ 1 won't touch it.
With Chalice@1 he could cast his bloom, sac it and his land to cast sneak, and then sneak in Phage. Phage and "RoundRule" both trigger simultaneously: he stacks it so that you get your copy before his Phage tries to make him lose. When the RoundRule copy resolves, you get the token. That token then triggers and makes you lose, with his loss-trigger still on the stack. So basically, Chalice@1 makes you lose.
Chalice @ 0 stops the bloom, which leaves him with only Grace to cast. Honestly, you can just swing with Epochrasite 21 times.
Chalice for 1 DOES work - his OPPONENT gets a copy of Chalice for 0, since the copy effect does not copy the charge counter on his. No bloom, no Angel's Grace, Phage is the win.
I guess I don't see how they wouldn't work normally.
the relevant reminder text from the card:
Fading 4 (This artifact enters the battlefield with four fade counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a fade counter from it. If you can't, sacrifice it.)
Chalice enters with counters equal to X, based on what you paid for X. If Chalice enters in any way other than casting it, then that X will be 0. The token copy does have the relevant "ETB with X", its just that X is 0.
Tanglewire has a set number. The token copy enters as an exact copy, so the ability will modify how it enters the battlefield. In this instance, it modifies it to enter with 4 fade counters.
