I don't think any of them can actually win before the opponent's second turn. None of the ults win instantly, and then the opponent gets a second turn.
If I'm on the play...
You can stop me from playing servant for a while, but, ironically, both your walker and the tokens it creates are green! If you ever ultimate or gut shot instead of chanting (and to keep your walker alive I would have at least 5 lands in play), I can cast painter, ultimate with submerge, cast painter and the walker again, and lock you out. Your last option is to sacrifice your walker to ultimate on your turn 3, putting 2 saprolings in play. I play servant and kill a saproling, then block the other, and win.
EDIT: But you can cast a land from your hand each turn! This is confusing! To be continued.

You're not locked out, but I can keep you from playing and activatingTime Vault in the same turn. Painter's servant kills on turn 23, while Roilling Terrain can only kill on turn 27. Since we're both + ing every turn, you can't kill my walker with Roiling Terrain.

When do you use Gut Shot? When do I play lands to be destroyed? What am I missing?
Once I have one million counters on my walker, I kill your land and say 'go'. If you play a land, I'll blow it up again. If you don't, gut shot you. I don't need infinite turns if you never have enough mana to play a spell. Unfortunately, I do poorly against a field of 1 cost walkers because they can until they hit ultimate out.
I can stop the Gelatinous Genesis from hitting play, so I do. Rude Awakening can never kill me, since I have Orim's Chant. Eventually I win. (Someone check the math here, though, I might not be able to make enough.)

I was planning on Leyline stopping Lightning Bolts, but apparently stopping Forgotten Lore is a nice bonus.
Other than 2 being unable to beat most decks, the 2 vs 20 match is incorrect. On the play 20 Strip Mines the T1 Plains, playing it's planeswalker on turn 2.

These get very complicated, but I'm convinced the Fossil Find + Orim's Chant variant beats the Fossil Find + Strip Mine variant due to the extra-land-drops-from-hand rule.
The Strip Mine decks can't kill the planeswalker until at least Turn 4, which should definitely be late enough for a Chant-walk to come in and save the day.

However, if he does this, he must also sacrifice his PW (-5 loyalty). Emrakul and the PW will be shuffled such that Emrakul is drawn first, which gives me time to set up the upkeep chant lock. Thus, he can't use his ultimate on turn two. However, if he allows me to play a second plains, I can kick chant and stop his emrakul from attacking. He can't stop fusillade and thus I win.

As a general comment, if we run this round again I think the rules should be altered to stop phyrexian mana from reducing the cost of the planeswalkers, since it was somewhat format warping...
With over 500 million combinations, it's funny how few deck types there were!
Somehow I never realized my deck shuffles its planeswalker back... That never hurts me, but it could make some matches a little more interesting. This is kind of funny since my deck does seem oddly designed to do that.
It seems like this (unofficial AVR spoiler) could see some XCB play some day. Not much else looks relevant so far.

These get very complicated, but I'm convinced the Fossil Find + Orim's Chant variant beats the Fossil Find + Strip Mine variant due to the extra-land-drops-from-hand rule.
The Strip Mine decks can't kill the planeswalker until at least Turn 4, which should definitely be late enough for a Chant-walk to come in and save the day.

Somehow I never realized my deck shuffles its planeswalker back... That never hurts me, but it could make some matches a little more interesting. This is kind of funny since my deck does seem oddly designed to do that.

I don't know how useful that is for 2CB. The 2 turn counterspell ban basically does the same thing, for XCB without that rule this would make a large impact.
I don't know how you got 6-0 against me. When I'm on the play you never cast a spell, and when I'm on the draw I wait until getting Emrakul'ed to play my planeswalker and lock you out from 5 life. I believe 10 vs 13 should be 6-0 in my favor.
(unless you wait until after the first possible opportunity to Emrakul me, in which case kicked Chants stop you)
