Overview: Each player chooses a color. They are allowed to play any cards from that color on their turn with their cards in hand. Otherwise, it is the same as a normal game (mostly).
1. You may only use cards from your color, lands, and artifacts. Multicolor cards are allowed.
2. Only 1 copy of cards are allowed. You may not play a card that has previously been played, used, revealed, removed from game, etc. by any other player or yourself.
3. Turn structure and other rules not shown here are the same as in normal Magic.
4. You may only play spells on your turn. Activated abilities and cards that are played via a triggered ability such as Madness are legal. Whenever you think someone will have a response to your turn, put a note in your turn asking for responses and make sure that they won't screw up your turn.
5. There is a one storm limit. (You can't play more than one spell each turn)
6. Any card or combo that uses arbitrarily large or infinite numbers is banned.
7. You may only attack people next to you in turn order. (but the last person can attack the first and vice versa)
8. A player can not kill more than one player each turn.
10. Players should be able to take their turns within 24 hours of the last player taking their turn. If not another player can take your place or the color can be dropped from the game.
11. The following cards are banned:
Any card from a Silver Boardered set.
Any coin flip, ante, or dexterity cards.

Ah sorry didn't see this as calling green. You did get this in and you do play green so I guess it'll be to you then as green. I'm sure there will be another round it's a simple game.
Sneak Attack is good, but of course he can only do two creatures a turn. And to be honest if Red starts holding cards with one of those out, someone is probally gona make him discard or just disenchant it. He'll basicly only get one SA with two creatures. Annoying but not devistation and preventable in this game.

Only if it's complicated.
Also I really think we cane have specific preparied actions such as mine.

The main point of DC10 is you get 10 mana of any colour per card per turn.
Possible plays:
Fireball for 9 or
Fireball for 1 or
Dragon Tyrant
Also if you have Crimson Hellkite in play you may have 10 Red mana goto it's ability and then still play as your card a Dragon Tyrant.
