Which would be dishonest behavior. I consider what Clinton has done to be treason against America. And those are actions.
No, treason and dishonest behaviors are different things.
Clinton claiming that her e-mails contained no classified information (I think that's what she said at one point) would be dishonest behavior.
Trump saying that he hopes Russia gets its hands on a bunch of classified information is treasonous behavior.
I disagree. And it's not like Russia or the world is waiting for Trump's approval to expose that classified content which Clinton was so negligent with. She's the one who was insisting classified information be sent nonsecure from personal, non-government servers. She was allowing this, and the fact Russia could even discover such material is directly because of Clinton's actions, not because Trump exposed her for deleting those emails to hide something fraudulent (no doubt) or evading persecution by the FBI and hopes Russia does too, which is merely what Clinton has allowed the outside world to do by being negligent of American security. He's basically hoping for the inevitable to happen in a timely manner. It's better than having it happen later when it's too late and a criminal is elected into office after demonstrating ineptitude and fraudulent activity.
Regardless, his statement is more a sarcastic comment about Clinton and the media than it was literal anyway.
I disagree. And it's not like Russia or the world is waiting for Trump's approval to expose that classified content which Clinton was so negligent with.
That seems irrelevant. The point is that Trump asked Russia to go find classified information.
It shouldn't matter what the background on those classified information is at this point- Trump asked Russia to go find classified information.
As if Russia is waiting for Trump to ask them to do it? As far as I'm concerned, Hillary exposed classified information for Russia, or anyone to find. Knowingly. By "asking" Russia to find it, Trump has highlighted that a foreign nation just might be able to do so, and our media would celebrate that, rather than question who allowed such a thing to happen. Clinton.
"Never ascribe to malice what can be explained by incompetence." - Napoleon Bonaparte.
It isn't treason, just stupidity.
Even it is just plain stupidity that would be enough for anyone to have very grave concerns about his candidacy. With the rest of his gaffes and blunders you are going to be in for a very interesting time if he is elected in November.
@Jenrik: If what Hillary is so heinous why aren't you going after Colin Powell with the same vigor. As he did exactly the same thing as Hilary with one exception. He is yet to provide any details of his actions.
Perhaps it is because the Republicans don't have any positive arguements they can use to boost Trump in the eyes of the undecided so need to drag Hillary down by any means possible.

At this point I think we should just try not having a president for four years and just see how it goes. I legit think the country would be better off leaderless than with either of our two options.
Oh, don't just limit it to two options. You can add Gary Johnson and Jill Stein to the list of "HELL NO."
Is my cat still a valid candidate, or is she on the HELL NO list? She really is perfect for the job. She is apathetic towards anything that is not her, her primary hobby is sitting on my laptop to make me stop posting on stupid Internet forums and pay attention to her, and she spends most of the day sleeping. Her public addresses would consist of her lackadaisically glaring out over the crowd, because she's a calico, and knows she's better than everyone. She really would make a perfect president. Please vote Glamdring's Cat 2016.

I doubt your cat is thirty five though. We will just have to keep looking for a suitable candidate, but I'm all for four years of empty office.

Leaving the White House empty for four years seems like a waste. Could we turn it into a discotheque? Or maybe a Magic shop?

I'm supporting Clinton because I think she is objectively the best viable candidate for president of the US. Is she a good person? I don't know. I do know that whatever her shortcomings, she is much better than Trump. I am voting for her because I don't ever want to see Trump in office. If a third-party candidate comes along with a genuine chance of winning, then I might vote for them, if I think they are better than Clinton. Either way, my vote is not going to Trump.

You don't win a game on a tilted table by playing within the corrupted rules until you win, you win by burning the table to ashes. I would say vote third parties across the board, not just on 1 level. You are right that state/local is important, but the national vote is also important for federal funding and it also sends a much clearer message to the establishment.
Why vote for Jill Stein instead of Vermin Supreme? The result will be the same either way.
Clinton is running for president, that's why. Colin Powell isn't ATM as far as I know.
So you don't actually care about the law then. Like Trump you are trying to score political points then. Got it.
I can vote against Hillary for president. I cannot do so against Powell, who is not running. So it's a matter of caring about something I can have a part in trying to control.
If Powell' has done something illegal like Clinton then of course I think he should be punished - but will he? Clinton certainly got away with it. It's not up to me to handcuff politicians personally and cart them off to prison. Hell, the FBI can't even seem to do it these days. All I have is my one vote and one voice, and I have no problem using them.
But we can find any number of corrupt politicians in Washington like Hillary. The difference is, she's the one running for president right now. Her corruption matters when discussing her eligibility for my vote.

Myself personally, if it's true that Powell did the same exact thing (which I don't know enough about his situation to have that answer), then by all means, bring the hammer down on his ass too. The reason we're focused on Clinton and not Powell right now is that one of them is running for President and the other isn't. The reason you didn't see outrage about Powell (from me at least) is that I didn't/don't know about it.
Nice attempt at a deflection, its true. Him along with at least one other Secretary of State (Kerry).

The report also reviewed the practices of several previous Secretaries of State and concluded that the Department's recordkeeping practices were subpar for many years.[44] The Inspector General criticized Clinton's use of private email for Department business, concluding that it was "not an appropriate method" of document preservation and did not follow Department policies that aim to comply with federal record laws.[44] The report also criticized Colin Powell, who used a personal email account for business, saying that this violated some of the same Department policies.[44] State Department spokesman Mark Toner said that the report emphasized the need for federal agencies to adapt "decades-old record-keeping practices to the email-dominated modern era" and said that the Department's record-retention practices had been improved under the current Secretary of State John F. Kerry, Clinton's successor.[44] The report also notes that the rules for preserving work-related emails were updated in 2009.[51]

Not sure what bothers you about Trump, or convinces you he's so awful. Seems like the popular way to think these days without reasoning it because that's the popular thing to do in the media, which perpetuates this. Is it because he frankly speaks his mind? Wears his evils on the outside, rather than the inside? I prefer that. I like someone showing me his worst right off the bat. It leaves nothing but the best to follow, and I know where I stand with such a candidate.
Hillary flip-flops on issues. DOMA and DADT were passed under her husband's campaign, which she takes so much credit for assisting in. She was against gay marriage and pro-civil unions when that was a popular way to tells gays to shut up and accept sugarcoated inequality. When DOMA was repealed, she's suddenly all for gay marriage since that's the new status quo. Let alone other issues.
Let alone Whitewater. Or her laundry list of opposition who mysteriously commit "suicide" conveniently before exposing her.
Or Benghazi. Where she failed at her one job.
Or sending classified government information on private, nonsecure servers for ISIS and Russia and North Korea and all the rest of the world to find and utilize. Let alone the 30,000 emails that were deleted, concealing heaven knows what sort of treachery and corruption.
And here she is standing with Obama's racial division baiting ass, who mourns law opposing thugs over murdered law enforcement and blames whites for their criminal activity, gets on TV after the Orlando shooting and claims we may never know the shooter's motives after deliberately concealed 911 tapes explicitly demonstrate the shooter pledging allegiance to ISIS, and a specific leader in ISIS no less. Who (alongside Hillary) blames Americans and Youtube videos for radical islam and preaches about how it's a religion of peace over addressing American tragedies and loss of life, as if clearing islam of blame should be his priority as the US President over consoling mourning Americans and fighting for our security? Since when did the DNC become the black panther party BTW? Just look at who they invited to speak, and their lack of American flags. Too embarrassed to represent this country we're in because of the immigrants in your audience? Sorry, America is for Americans who want to be Americans, not for people who just want to use our democracy for their own selfish ends and then spit on its soil and name and be too proud to bear its flag.
Wish Hillary had stored her emails where Obama stores his birth certificate and records. Nothing short of God himself could find them there. Perhaps that's where her 30,000 emails ran off to.

Trump is also corrupt.
1. He discriminated and refused to rent to minorities
2. He has committed fraud multiple times
3. He has asked foreign powers to hack our governments secrets and resources
4. he has advocated committing war crimes
5. He has ties to the New Jersey mafia used them to help get rights to build his casinos.
I mean the list is pretty long and most of his wealth is due to connections with or his personally being corrupt. So, if corruption was really the issue, you wouldn't vote for him either.
1. He can rent to whomever he wants.
2. Who in Washington hasn't? Those who discover Hillary's fraud end up dead for it, though. And Trump admitted to taking advantage of loopholes. It's how he claims to know how to close them.
3. Today he admitted to being sarcastic about that. And I care more about whose actions allowed our security to be breached, not Trump's sarcasm.
4. I consider Benghazi a war crime.
5. See #2.
He's the lesser evil as I see it. And a frank one. I'm not above considering a third party candidate if the movement is legitimate enough to warrant a vote. But if it comes down to evil and lesser evil, well, that's how it is. Please don't think I am pleased with this election.
Not sure what bothers you about Trump, or convinces you he's so awful.
I think you're willfully ignoring what we think is wrong with him. This topic is 185 pages and not because people were worshipping him for 185 pages. On this page alone there are several arguments explaining fault with the man.
You simply redirect onto Clinton when you're challenged. And you ignore what we write. And there are tons of admissions here about why people don't particularly like Clinton. So when I complain about this it's because while everyone else is paying attention to both sides of the equation, you steadfastly, are refusing to do so.
That said, you did say you prefer an openly evil man to a secretively evil man; But, and here's the kicker, you're assumption that people are secretly evil and MORE EVIL than a man who is openly evil means a few things about you:
1. You are complicit in those evil acts.
2. You have a very pessimistic view of the people around you.
Neither of these things reflects very well upon your character; nor do they make you a trusted figure in this argument. But, I know most Americans do not take this stance; and that is why America is already great.
We can dissect their past. We can also focus on the immediate present. There's a candidate fresh off an IRS and FBI investigation, Benghazi and an Email scandal, and then there's someone who people just don't like because of what he says. I choose to believe actions are worse than words. And Trump's worst actions aren't the same dire peril I've seen from his opponent.
1. He can rent to whomever he wants.
2. Who in Washington hasn't? Those who discover Hillary's fraud end up dead for it, though. And Trump admitted to taking advantage of loopholes. It's how he claims to know how to close them.

2. I'm not at all shocked you believe in the "FWD:FWD:FWD:RE:FWD:FWD:FWD:Clinton Body Count" nonsense.
