Vote for the poem(s) you feel is the best (up to two). Remember to adhere to the "Honor Code" when voting.
While it is understood there is no absolute means to monitor the intent of a vote, we ask each PRC participant to exercise integrity when voting out of respect for the contest:
- Please give each poetry submission an equal opportunity in attaining your vote.
- Please read, or at least skim, all the entries before voting.
- Please do not vote for your friends just because they're your friends.
The Poetry Running Contest puts good faith in its participants to act in an honorable manner.
Contestants, remember, you are required to vote (and you can't vote for yourself)!
Also, please leave a comment on this thread telling who you voted for as currently the polling system does not currently have the option to display that information.
Thank you and Happy voting!

I make words using things
like pen pencil computer
sometimes prolific
sometimes a neuter
It won't let me vote for multiple poems. I tried to vote for Kpaca and Luck
I am trying to fix the poll issue, currently the top poll displayed in this thread has the option for voting for multiple. Sorry for the confusion and hopefully this helps. I might even be able to find a way to delete the bottom poll. oops.

I don't have the ability to delete the old poll, so I guess you all should just vote in the poll with the checkboxes and ignore the one with the circles.
i voted ilvaldi second. kind of tempted to post where the poems lost me but eh. ehhh. zzz.

my mouth is full of winsome lies -
and eyes are full of death besides
but luckily the soul is wise -
it sees beyond my blindness and
forced failure makes a better guise,
so as i come again alive,
it feels like life's a decent plan

I count three votes but only see two on the corrected poll. And then there's two votes for Lucknorris and one for me on the incorrect poll. I'm a bit confused now as to what the results really are >.<
In regards to this week's poems, I'll admit that I am not a fan of end-rhymes as most of the time the rhymes tend to overbear the lyrical syntax of the poem and the semantics of the diction. I voted for Blippy's poem in this case, Echoe as a second. Honorable mention goes to Ophidian Eye because his rhyme worked well for what he needed to do (would've voted for you, but alas I can only choose two).

Policeman was really vivid, and Living itself was well written and touching
Thanks to Xenphire @ Inkfox for the amazing new sig
