Vote for the poem(s) you feel is the best (up to two). Remember to adhere to the "Honor Code" when voting.
While it is understood there is no absolute means to monitor the intent of a vote, we ask each PRC participant to exercise integrity when voting out of respect for the contest:
- Please give each poetry submission an equal opportunity in attaining your vote.
- Please read, or at least skim, all the entries before voting.
- Please do not vote for your friends just because they're your friends.
The Poetry Running Contest puts good faith in its participants to act in an honorable manner.
Contestants, remember, you are required to vote (and you can't vote for yourself)!
Happy voting!

It was close for me, between The Baggadot Sisters and I wish I were a Dog. I ultimately went with which poem I could relate to more and with only five entries, I didn't want to utilize the option to vote for two.
I liked Preve's poem too, it had a lyrical vibe I would enjoy if it were set to music.
Decrepit Shed was solid, and I could see myself voting for it under different circumstances or criteria, it just didn't gel with me this round.
My vote goes to The Baggadot Sisters, I enjoyed the use of language and I enjoyed the rhyme scheme, as well as the visuals. Well done.
Honorable mentions to I Wish I Were A Dog for making me literally laugh out loud, and to comprehension for it's rhyme scheme as well, which had a nice flow.
Here are the Poetry submissions for this week:
Drought by Ophidian Eye
I Wish I Were A Dog by BlippyTheSlug
Decrepit Shed by LuckNorris
The Baggadot Sisters by SelesnyaNewLife
comprehension by Preve
