Bravo! Great name, great choice of art, great flavor.. It's the kind of ability you look for in a card. The ability is so simple yet so effective it makes you wonder why it hasn't been done before. Not in the least bit convoluted. One of the best, if not THE best, I've seen.
I think you could probably drop it to Sea Gate Oracle stats = 1/3 for 1UU if you wanted but it's excellent as published.
One of the few created cards that didn't make me laugh at the creators. This card could be a real card, and is very interesting. Probably wouldn't be good in constructed, although there is a little potential. Would be pretty good in limited early on. I like it.
