mirrodin71 A few typos/errors in both effects, but I get the gist. It has an interesting anti synergy. Funnily it works best for green/white token decks despite the Cabal being a black aligned concept. The effects are fairly black despite this though. Maybe something similar, but only boosting one creature? Could even boost it higher. Decent overall.
Rocco: I get what you're doing, but wording thing's on double instances of keywords is bad design space. The subtle nuance it gives versus other ways to achieve the effect just stabs at elegance and comprehension in ways that aren't worth it. I'm also not of fan of the little synergy between the effects. It does feel like Serra's Realm for sure though.
iphanx: A very "by the numbers" mix of red and blue effects, though it leans blue. Might be a little on the weak side, but I suppose that depends on the game/planes involved. Better safe than OP! Good idea linking your specific refrence, though the name still feels very odd for an enchantment.

JamBlock: Yowch! This effect would be killer in the format, especially since it isn't symetrical. Should cost more for sure. I get the name is a sacrifice effect refrence, but I feel it doesn't convey the flavor of whats going on in this case. Maybe some flavor text to illuminate that?
willows Very flavorful concept. A fair amount of rules, but it all works together to achieve the narrative goal. Fits well in white thanks to it "taxing" though it does feel somewhat blue too.
Caring about planar die rolls is a neat design space that we haven't seen explored. The design itself is clean, fits the flavor of Esper,
and works great mechanically.
Gold tokens are cool, and I like the way this encourages aggression in multiplayer. Great card!
Not a fan. This requires an extremely specific deck, and even loses most of its power if you play it outside of a very narrow format.
Planes with a continuous downside can be very frustrating, but I like this more than most, because it lets you affect which creature is sacrificed and gives you a payoff in case you can't get out.
This doesn't feel very cohesive. I like the chaos ability, the first ability is very weird and I'm not sure I like it, and there is just absolutely no correlation between the two. The flavor ties it up a bit, but I think that Nyx would have served you better.
This encourages rolling the planar die in a way that hurts the opponents, and I think it's really clever. Great design!
I think there's probably a more exciting H effect than "Undo the thing the plane does."

Hm, I'm not sure I like the effect here, it strikes me as overly punishing on a trigger that often already contains punishing events.
If i had a :trock: emoji here I would use it. I don't really understand why the first ability here is present, as it causes the second ability to be weird and makes you have to work a lot harder to derive the game state from the text of cards in front of you.
This is all right, but IMO a lightning bug should be a creature or at worst an artifact, not an enchantment.

"It's useless outside of Planechase" is a pretty dumb point to make against a card when the challenge is to make cards that care about Planechase mechanics.
