By the way, Round 2 is open. Just went back and fixed some 'past mistakes' in spelling. (Thanks bravelion.)
Since it may be confusing and I've had trouble stating it clearly in the clarification (I'm a failure ), the part about the mainphase in the clarification only means that the card has to be playable as soon as possible. It doesn't have to be playable right away. (For example in case it's a land/creature/sorcery etc.) IF it was the mainphase however, it should be playable.

Sorry for the double post, but as this might be an important announcement for some I'd rather have people notice it.
Flatline asked whether a card that makes cards possibly avaiable in general, if there are any, would be eligible for the main challenge here's my answer (in short, it's ok):
Since I wrote that the cards do not have to be made avaiable at the same time, this implies that an effect that could possibly fail to find a card should be fine, as a card with Rebound for example could fail the second time around, even if there were two targets when it first resolved.
Those cards are not exactly in the spirit of the challenge, but I made it broad on purpose, so everyone can find their own answer.

In any case, don't make a new post, so yes, edit the old one. I leave it up to the players how they want to do it, but it's probably a good idea to include the old version in a spoiler. That way the judge will be able to see if their comments have been considered.

@doomfish: i think you mistook the way my card works in the 2nd round MCC May, the first clause:
1. Return all cards that is put into your graveyard from the battlefield this turn onto the battlefield.
- Returning all cards that is put into graveyard from battlefield this turn back to the battlefield.
2. Then return all cards that is put into your graveyard this turn into your hand. Activate this ability only during your turn.
- This means returning all cards that is put into your graveyard from else where back to your hand. Since those that is put into graveyard from the battlefield is no longer in the graveyard, this means whatever card that is put there this turn is those that enters the graveyard not from the battlefield, so that goes back to the hand.
Yes, I entertained that possibility - I sort of commented on both cases, as I was unsure what you were trying to do. In any case you need to review the wording on your card. There's some grammatical errors and the wording on the second part can be much clearer. It still sounds like the cards, now on the battlefield, are also returned to the hand, as those were put into your graveyard this turn before. I'd go for something that explicitly states to return all cards from your graveyard that were put there from somewhere other than the battlefield, even though I can't find an example for a wording like that; Or just try to make use of the word 'remaining' to reference the other cards. Hopefully that'll work out.

Green can get any card from graveyard to hand, not straight to the battlefield. Notice how all cards you mention bring cards back to the hand, not to the battlefield. Your card doesn't do that, it lets you replay permanents straight to the battlefield, and that's very different.
Permanent cards from graveyard to hand:
"Return target card (any card) from your graveyard to your hand" is green.
"Return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand" is typically black (Gravedigger), but it's also a subset of what green does (for example Reviving Melody). It's also been in white (Remember the Fallen).
"Return target enchantment card from your graveyard to your hand" is white (Auramancer), but it's also a subset of what green does (again, see Reviving Melody).
"Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand" is white (Ritual of Restoration, Remember the Fallen, and many others), blue (Reconstruction), and black (Fortuitous Find). The only card that does is in green (Glissa, the Traitor) is also black.
"Return target land card from your graveyard to your hand" is green (Stoic Builder) and black (Grim Discovery).
"Return target planeswalker card from your graveyard to your hand" hasn't been done yet.
Notice how green is in all these variations (to hand).
Permanent cards from graveyard to the battlefield:
"Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield" is black and it can be white if the creature is small, other colors (including green) just can't do it.
"Return target enchantment card from your graveyard to the battlefield" is white (Starfield of Nyx, Silent Sentinel).
"Return target artifact card from your graveyard to the battlefield" is white (Refurbish), blue (Argivian Restoration), or red Trash for Treasure).
"Return target land card from your graveyard to the battlefield" is green (Titania, Protector of Argoth).
"Return target planeswalker card from your graveyard to the battlefield" has never been done. If we see it someday I expect it in black, just like the creature version. After all, "destroy target planeswalker" is black (caveats: usually coupledwith creatures, and secondary red).
Putting all this together, "return target permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield" needs to be gold, white/black in particular (Obzedat's Aid), and the fact that the Aid can bring back lands without green is definitely a bend.
Notice how green is here only for lands (to the battlefield). Your card lets you play permanent cards directly to the battlefield, so it's in this category and not in the first one. This is the point.
BTW, thanks for having made me notice a typo ("this types"). I fixed that now in my judgment post, and while doing so I found other typos I fixed too, so thanks for that.

Judgement is in. I feel a bit sad that only two could advance as all of those were amazing designs and I don't think I ever had a score of 23 not advance in a round.
This month is gonna be really absurdly long if these extensions/nothing happening keeps up. It's already the 21st.
Rest assured that we are exactly on time with the schedule there have been no extensions so far and 'nothing happening' hasn't affected the schedule yet. If everything proceeds as scheduled the last round will end the latest at June 1st. And that's if we run into a bit of trouble.

I understand the comparison between my card and Past in Flames, but a 1 for uniqueness seems awfully harsh for a card that has a drawback that has never been seen before (at least as far as I know). Also, Past in Flames only works during the turn in which it is cast, while my card works as long as it is on the battlefield. Considering that, along with its drawback, my card plays very differently than Past in Flames in many ways. Don't get me wrong, I accept the results and wish those moving on luck, I just wanted to voice my thoughts.

You failed to reinvent the mechanical architectural apparatus of Magic the Gathering.
...in all seriousness though, I remember browsing through the submissions because I might want to participate next month and your card struck me as being something quite at home in a Tortured Existence (Pauper) style of deck or a Life from the Loam style of deck. In fact, your card works very very very well with Dredge, a mechanic which forms the basis of Pauper BGx Tortured Existence decks. What's cool about it, actually, is precisely that your card encourages dredging for a different purpose and with different card types than the aggressive dredge deck in Modern.
Did you give any thought to making your card Sultai? The only color I can't see this card being is white. Even a mana cost of UBRG would have been interesting. I'm not sure what colors I would have gone with.

It technically is still going on and we are in the judging phase of the final round. We've been waiting for the last judge to post their judgments for at least ten days now, and we still are. As one of the contestants, and the one who has the highest total score so far out of the three judges who did post their judgments, I would really really like to know if I have officially won the month or not. I brought the issue up right here on this thread multiple times by now, without any answer. I'd like some official words from April's host about this.

• My only public attempt at being a writer: the story of my Leonin custom planeswalker Jeff Lionheart. (I have a very big one that I'm working on right now but that's private for now, and I don't know if I will ever actually publish it, and I also have ideas for multiple future ones, including one where I'm going to reprise Jeff.)
Doesn't green have the capability to get cards out of the graveyard? Recollect, Eternal Witness, Restock, Praetor's Counsel, etc.
Emille, Seven-Sting Dancer Shalin Nariya
Yes, but not onto the battlefield, only to the hand. Getting creatures from the grave to play is 99% of the time straight black.
After all, "destroy target planeswalker" is black (caveats: usually coupled with creatures, and secondary red).

Rest assured that we are exactly on time with the schedule there have been no extensions so far and 'nothing happening' hasn't affected the schedule yet. If everything proceeds as scheduled the last round will end the latest at June 1st. And that's if we run into a bit of trouble.

...in all seriousness though, I remember browsing through the submissions because I might want to participate next month and your card struck me as being something quite at home in a Tortured Existence (Pauper) style of deck or a Life from the Loam style of deck.
