Legend - A "fix" to Cascade abuse, but a very boring, luck-dependant one. Not a fan.
Phyrexian Editor - Reminder text doesn't specifies what happens when the revealed card costs "equal or less". But what really worries me is a potential abuse of stacking four of these somehow and then cast all four of them at the same time.
ManyCookies - This is not exactly what I was expecting. This is dreams for a Johnny player. I like it and it's balanced on the cost.
JamBlock - Ooh, clever dude! Simple, interesting, elegant and fun twist on Cascade. Love it!
Stille_Nacht - My head hurts when I try to understand this. Maybe a simpler example of the mechanic would have been better.
willows - Roguish is just another Flying. But Snoop can be incredibly powerful as repeatable effect, specially on a cheap creatue with evasion.
Rocco - Avalanche still allows for fun stuff, but I think is more easy to abuse too, so while it's a nice twist, it's not that good of a "fix".
Forestsguy - When your reminder text is that long, you gotta think if your mechanic is really worth it. I'm fan of elegance, so while this seems this fun and big, isn't going to win this round.
Cardz5000 - The idea is nice, but it can be a nightmare to track properly.

Enchantment — Aura (U)
Enchant creature
Creatures you control that are enchanted get +1/+1 and have lifelink. 1W: Create a colorless Aura enchantment token with enchant creature attached to target creature.
ManyCookies: I like this mechanic and these cards seem fair, but it's definitely something that can get out of hand if it's on a lot of cards. Still fun.
Phyrexian: It's not technically a token I guess, and while I see that you were trying to make the mechanic fit the challenge, it does seem to me like it would be easier to just put the opponent's card on top of your library, and require an equal amount of rules-ing.
Cardz5000: These are nice tokens, and I think the idea of them is something that could be more widespread, even. Big fan of this.
Rocco: This is simple and nice, but it's just nothing particularly new, so it's hard to get excited about, even though it's good.
willows: I like the concept behind this card but I wish the tokens gave SOME effect beyond enabling the +1/+1 and lifelink, even if it's just +0/+1 or something, so that the tokens still matter after SoJT leaves the battlefield.

Multikicker
Search your library for a creature card with converted mana X, where X is the number of times Skin-Scribed Summoning was kicked. Reveal it and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library.
I'm really not a fan of mixing colored mana and Phyrexian mana in the same cost, my other qualm with this card is that it's almost pointlessly modular, the time when I would cast it and not pay 4 life is one in a million.
I don't think this is broken, probably competitive, but correctly costed, only downside is that there isn't much new or exciting going on here :/
GERMS! heavily dependent on you having equipment in your deck, but if/when we return to New Phyrexia we'll probably at least have an equipment subtheme, if not as prevalent as on Mirroden proper. In commander this would be an awesome combo enabler, but what's new?
I understand the need for the normal red mana here, but I still don't like it and would have probably just doubled down on the phyrexian mana. cool card, could probably be uncommon.
There are a lot of interesting moving parts on this card, doubly so for mirror matches, I probably would elect for to make it a bit more painful to cast off color.
Nice use of phyrexian blackwashing for Norn's Commandment, nailed the flavor of the orthodoxy.
I feel like Vorinclex's Bargain could be a little more pushed at due to its limited usage, but it would really be dependent on the rest of the set.
Honestly this would probably be balanced at with the cost of the multikicker.
