For what purpose? And what Neo-Templars should do to survive the Schism, rivalry with Symbiotic Synod and constant oppression from meta-animals?..

Wuu Zhen, most known dark mage of Bazhoan, lord of demons and undead hordes, tries to capture the villages when night falls. Fortunately, his minions can be stopped by well-trained battle monks until the day breaks. But if rumors are true, cultists of Wuu Zhen are seeking for Shadow Lantern right now - magic of this artifact can literally overshadow the sun, and if night never ends, nothing will stop Wuu Zhen.
I may have overpowered those last rares a bit. Onto Ellmont. The challenge will be keeping it distinct from Innistrad.

Lunacy Counter (At the beginning of your upkeep, put a card from the top of your library into your graveyard for each Lunacy counter you have.)
The main idea is - nearly each human on Ellmont has a "sleeping memories" about his ancestors (human habits can be a clue to its true form). They can suddenly "awaken" (mostly through craziness) and transform a human. So, double-faced card theme is recommended. Whatever, old Ellmont sure has a much more diversity than Innistrad...
Also, lunacy counters are the same as insanity counters from Nghorr: Amphitheater of Death. Exiling effect maybe?

Crazed Butcher3B
Creature - Human Rogue (C)
When ~ enters the battlefield, each player gets a lunacy counter (At the beginning of player's upkeep, that player exiles a number of top cards of his ot her library equal to the number of lunacy counters he or she has.)

Tattered Dummy4
Artifact Creature - Scarecrow (C) Finally, Antonio stopped complaining about the fact that he is lonely in a world without miracles.

I see. Less of a gothic horror tone, more "the horror is inside us" with a "magic returns to the world, but that's not exactly a good thing" kind of tone. I was actually intending to bring back insanity counters, but I couldn't remember where I had seen them. Exiling doesn't bother me if we still want to use them. Also, we don't necessarily need to limit the number of double-faced cards in a pack.
