Other clerics you control get +1/+1 and lifelink.

I like your eminence format on Loki. It's not free stuff for nothing, but it's certainly pretty darned good in a wizard deck. It's also far less clunky than giving things +3/+3 during a precombat main phase...
Loki's Aid - I'd be more interested in this:

Jebidiah's Will - I'd be okay with enchantments... or clerics... with each of these mechanics. An enchantment with both at 4 mana seems greedy.
Jebidiah, Eternal Priest - I'm less of a fan of this guy's eminence. He gives your clerics mock hexproof. Who cares? It's wordy, it's reactive, and it's not very fun for anyone involved. No one'll target your clerics unless they have to. So it fails to gain you life or deal damage to each opponent.... unless someone makes a mistake, or someone doesn't and it's time for your guy to die... in which case you'd want them not to die.
Might I suggest: Name2WB
LC - Human Cleric (M) Eminence - If NAME is in your command zone or the battlefield, Cleric creature cards in your graveyard have Eternalize 3WB
Whenever Name or another cleric enters the battlefield under your control, each opponent loses life equal to it's power, and gains life equal to its power.

I can see not wanting this to go the Eternalize route. But it's easy to do a 2/2 zombie or 1/1 spirit token w/ flying for each when they die for about the same cost.
I don't see why you want this to throw drain life AND lifelink on the same card - it's too much like on one card. It's like printing this card:

"Loki's Aid" doesn't sound like a creature. What if it was "Loki's image" and was an Illusion Wizard?
Also, what if it was "return to hand" instead of sacrifice? Would be neat synergy with Loki.
