Reveal the top ten cards of your library. You may put up to three green creatures from among them onto the battlefield. Those creatures gain haste and trample until end of turn. Put the rest of the cards revealed this way in your graveyard.
Roaming Beast is a little underwhelming, but fine.
Green Thumb can grant a single creature both trample and deathtouch, which is a no-no. The complexity of how those two keywords interact eith one another on one creature is too much for one card, even at rare. The only single card that CAN do that is Garruk, Apex Predator, and that involves ulting him after dumping 7 mana into him and waiting a few turns, so it almost never happens anyway. I would suggest replacing one of those options with hexproof.
Leera basically has deathtouch, but better in two ways (exile and affects planeswalkers) and worse in one (it's delayed). That doesn't really seem like it should be white. I'm thinking this should be black. For a white effect, how about "Whenever a creature or planeswalker dealt damage by ~ this turn would be put into the graveyard from the battlefield, exile it instead." That feels more white to me.
Call the Mighty is the kind of big, fun spell that I would gladly put into my Monogreen commander deck. I approve.
rampant growth effects cost ~1G and a card. 4/4s cost roughly 1GG and a card. This is a 4/4 rampant growth effect for 2GG and 1 card, which is G and a card short of being "fine." And Wizards doesn't do 2 drop acceleration of this kind anymore (and thus no acceleration sees constructed play wizards, fancy that..), so I think it's pretty clear that this can be a 4/4 for 3GG at uncommon that's pushing the envelope - boring, but solid.
Green Thumb - I may be old fashion, but I like my charms to be at common and do 3 things. Preferably at least one of which doesn't need me to have a creature.
Leera -
1. Ask yourself what the first ability would cost on a 1/1. Now make that card instead.
2. The 2nd ability is an ugly, clunky, non-white keyword.
3. Just make it exile blockers. You know - White stuff.
Call - Collected Company was too good (duh), but also tells you what this needs to be and do. By the way, making them "green creatures" so you can't pop out eldrazi seems unfun and unnecessarily restrictive.

Absolutely chnage nothing about Green Thumb save two things: the name, and change "choose two —" to "choose one —"
The modes make perfect sense when you consider Mwonvuli Beast Tracker which basically tells us what wizards thinks are the default keywords for beasts. Again, it's still good with choose one but I really want to see choose two too
Roaming Beasts is really cool and is similar to a mini series of titans I thought about once. Which was exactly that, mini primeval titans grave titans and so on.

Flashback 2G
This is excellent analysis. I am particularly fond of your remaking of Green Thumb. Making it a spell with flashback makes sense.
I think Beastial Instincts is too strong. Could maybe be fine if it only could search for basic forests, but it's really powerful. Even for a mythic rare. The original version of Roaming Beasts had trample but I thought it was too powerful.
Alright, so I've gotten about 10 to 12 games in with Bestial Instincts and Primeval Beast. (EDH)
Bestial Instincts is a great card and I'm so glad that you lead the charge on that design. It's not overpowered in the slightest. It's simply a great card. The flashback makes total sense and is the perfect ability for this card. When I made Primeval Beast a while ago I never had the time to play with it. I wanted it to be a "fair" Primeval Titan. Prime Time was banned for being able to find any lands and not just basics (I think) so I have Primeval Beast finding a single basic land instead. I kept the same ratios of cost and PT as Primeval Titan thinking it would be fine since wizards has reprinted Prime a hundred times now. I also added another green to the cost. With all of that I still think Trample is too good for the card and the search effect may be better without triggering on ETB too. With the ETB trigger then Trample may be a little better. I'll try it that way if you want me to.
I also had Call the Mighty but never got a chance to play it and decided to take it out of the list a few games in anyway. Selvala's Stampede is good enough for me and I kept feeling like three creatures getting haste and trample might had been too much if I ever casted it. I was playing all of these cards in Mono green stompy edh by the way. Keep the cards coming. You design some fun ones
EDIT: I forgot to mention that with Bestial Instincts I've chosen only trample and deathtouch but I'm positive I'd choose reach and he proof when needed. It's just such a great option card.
EDIT: I misread the last part of your post because you were actually referring to Primeval Beast and not Bestial Instincts. I do like and will implement the basic forest clause. Thanks for the suggestion.
