These are all fantastic. Interrogate is particularly inspired in terms of adding actual flavor to rebound. The only one I have concerns about is Spinal Barb, since off the top of my head I can't remember a time post-Provoke when red got to make creatures block. I don't necessarily think it's too much of a bleed, but it does feel a bit inelegant, if nicely flexible. "Can't block" might feel more linear and red.

Spinal Barb was designed as a mirror to Distortion Strike, a card which I dearly, dearly love. Distortion Strike itself is a bit of a bleed — but a very justifiable one — so I wanted to give the red one a bit of a bleed, too.
I also wanted to make sure that both of the common rebound cards (and there will only be the two) required some kind of board presence in order to be of optimal use. I expect psions to be a big factor with these, but I didn't want it to be too easy in Limited to sit back with a handful of psions and mess with your opponent.
Psions and this are going to have some very interesting interactions, that's for sure. Smart choice of returning mechanic.
