Counter target spell. Its controller looks at the top X cards of his or her library, where X is that spell's converted mana cost, then may put any number of those cards into his or her graveyard.
I think a 'put back on top in any order' or 'put back on top in a random order' clause is necessary, but otherwise it seems fairly solid and fair for a 2cc hard counter.

Interesting effect, but it feels a tad overcosted for a Mythic. Perhaps a rare? Even a hybrid spell may yield at most 4-5 Spirits, which - while awesome - requires a lot of mana to pull off. Triple W is also a huge factor here, considering it's a creature that is supposed to reward you for playing with diversity. I would keep it a mythic, change the cost to :4mana::symw::symw: and make it a 3/6. Otherwise looks fun and strong.

Hard to gauge this card. on the one hand it's an aura and those are typically bad. But swinging a few times becomes a little degenerate. I think the wording is also a little off. Why not make 1/1 tokens instead? With the GB lord they become 3/3s anyway and it would help check the power level.

Deranged Lunatic is interesting, but also looks very hard to use. I'd say any cheaper and it'd be too efficient for what it does which is essentially Pyroclasm the field when attacking.
The backside is weird though. I'd probably change it to something like this:
Whenever a creature dealt combat damage by Angry Chicken dies this turn, untap Angry Chicken, and there is another combat phase after the current phase.
This way there is no chance of ever creating a combat phase on an opponent's turn. Fling.
I like that Deranged Lunatic can transform to Angry Chicken the same time he attacks for the first time. His frailty seems worth the payoff.
