I could see this as a very good limited card, or possibly a player in a standard deck in a slower format. I think this could even be pushed a little more by costing 1WB or even WBB without calling it broken; after all, it still needs to connect to do anything and it itself is not a spirit so other copies won't gain you life. Additionally, spirits are usually UW as a tribe, so it would have to likely be in an Esper shell to really abuse the life gain triggers. Overall, I like the spin on these older concepts!
Operation Dumbo Drop2G
Sorcery [Mythic]
Create a 3/3 green Elephant creature token.
Epic (For the rest of the game, you can't cast spells. At the beginning of each of your upkeeps, copy this spell except for its epic ability.) Just visualize: One elephant climbs up on top of another elephant, until finally, all seventeen elephants have constructed an enormous pyramid of pachyderms! -- Dumbo, 1941
I wonder if Epic could be pulled off cogently. I think that one tool we'd need is lands that have the ability to turn cards in hand into resources. Spellshaper lands, etc.
In any case, this is a joke. Given the substantive drawback of Epic, I think this is pretty terrible. Yeah, I suppose I might risk running it in limited, but it's still not very interactive. I'd rather see it either create 1 or double the # of elephants you control.
Ceremonial Dagger2
Artifact - Equipment (R)
Equip - Pay 2 life.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to an opponent, you may sacrifice it. If you do, you may return a demon creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield, then lose life equal to it's power.
The name on my card ("Operation Dumbo Drop") is a joke, but the ability, like all Epic cards, is intended to be highly none-interactive as a drawback. It is hard to develop cards that are not insanely overpowered and many MANY rares and mythics are strait up chafe.
I like your card flavor. Demons are great fun and I could see this seeing some play in a weenie limited build even without demons since the alternative equip cost allows you to still curve out on creatures. It might even need a little more, like giving the creature death touch or something equally flavorful.
Ceremonial Dagger seems really powerful, probably broken. It would really require the stars to align for a deck with evasion and demons to actually work (and to want an equipment) but if that ever happened this would be insanely broken.
Heretic 1BB
Creature - Human Cleric (U) T: Put 2 -1/-1 counters on target creature you control and 2 -1/-1 counters on target creature you don't control.
2/2
It would be a onesided armageddon if the player does not have lands in the graveyard? If it was meant to tokenize lands from the battlefield as well it just seems like an overcosted ramp, which kinda defeats the purpose of ramping.
Yes, in case of empty grave, that card is a one-sided armageddon. And the ability is not to replace existing lands, but wipe them all out and reward players who love filling the grave.
Heretic..... I think this is too much. Sure, your creatures need to suffer too, but this is a -2/-2 permanent ping at will, and I'm worried this may get abused. Not to mention the many creatures you will run alongside this to maximize profit of having -1/-1 counters. Maybe make it 1 vs 1 first and see what happens?

Sanction reminds me of Gaddock Teeg for some reason. I love the effect and it's in great colors. I would run this in a heart beat. The flavor text is good as well. I like that it costs 4 and there is 4 lines of text(as seen in post) and affects four lands. Mini Lorthos, the Tidemaker action Add "the" in the name for another four instance

Legendary Artifact Creature — Construct
Menace, lifelink
Ingest (Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top card of his or her library.)
Put a card an opponent owns from exile into that player’s graveyard, W: Traxian Shade Blade gains double strike until end of turn.
(1/1)
That does so many things... it slices, it dices, and yet, really, it doesn't do much. Because it's a 1/1 that dies the first time it's blocked, unless you can un-ingest a card, in which case it still dies the first time its blocked.
I don't see much hope for Ingest; you say it's meant to be different... but it does the same thing - exiles, then returns for some effect. Meh. Some mechanics you just can't polish.
Basilisk WarriorG
Creature - Human Warrior (C)
Discard a card: Basilisk Warrior gains Deathtouch and Lifelink until end of turn. Basilisk recruits from wealthy communities, preferring spoiled rich kids eager to feel alive. The irony is lost upon all but a few.
1/2
Lifelink is not really green's thing. Though both deathtouch, lifelink and even discard is black. Why is this not black? Alao lifelink on a 1/× is um small. Maybe instead of getting lifelink it just straight up heals you for 1 or 2 life.

Enchantment
Whenever an opponent casts an instant spell, permanents you control gain indestructible until end of turn.
Whenever an opponent casts a sorcery spell, permanents you control gain stability until end of turn (cannot be returned from the battlefield to owner's hand or owner's library)
Stability feels kinda meh, especially that it may often interfere with your own rescue (remember there are some instants you'd love to play to bounce your own buddy). But the indestructible part is no doubt powerful; Shuts down all manners of Murder etc, though I guess given that then your creatures still are vulnerable to other things, maybe this at 4 cc is fine.

Flame Twister 2RRRGGG
Sorcery - Mythic Rare
Choose two — Destroy all creatures with flying; or destroy all creatures without
flying; or each player sacrifices six lands; or destroy two target permanents.
Artwork found on www.icompositions.com not sure the artist did reverse image search and this site is the oldest one on the web with this picture, artist should
be able to be found on that site, nice artwork.
Intermittent Presence - The cost could definitely come down here. I suppose the main use is dodging mass removal, but obviously Johnny has ways to abuse blinking; both utilities are a bit less useful at five mana. I'd put this at this 1UU.
Flame Twister - In the future, please always critique the previous card. This is conceptually good but needs work in the execution. It does not need six colored symbols or to cost eight mana. The last mode also feels wrong - this is definitely a mass rather than a targeted destruction spell name, flavor, and art. Feels strange to have an outright wrath effect in these colors, too, no matter the cost. I'd make it 2RRGG for modes of 6 damage to all flyers, 6 damage to all non-flyers, and each player sacrificing six lands. You can also, if you want, add in "Each player sacrifices six artifacts" for a potentially interesting fourth mode.
Looking at how Flickerform is worded, how about "Whenever a player casts a spell, exile enchanted creature and Intermittent Presence. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control the next time a player casts a spell. If you do, return Intermittent Presence to the battlefield under its owner's control attached to that creature."
As for the effect, I like it and I think it could work well. It reminds me a little bit of phasing, but allows for ETB triggers.
Kahaline, Goddess of LoveRWG Legendary Creature - God

Kahaline, Goddess of Love can't attack or block unless you control two other creatures with the same type.
Tap two non-artifact creatures you control: Create a creature token that is a random copy of one of the tapped creatures, except it is a 1/1 and has both of the tapped creature's types. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery.
7/4
Well these are red and green spells except for one with mass wrath effects. Violent Ultimatum, Cryptic Command and a lot of other card require heavy coloring, it adds to flavor and cuts down to cheap spending with mana reduction effects, for such a powerful spell. And apologies for not critiquing on previous reply I usually do just forgot.
Only destroys flying creatures, from before the color pie as we know it existed, deals damage rather than destroying, is targeted destruction with black in the cost, and is targeted destruction from before the color pie as we know it existed, respectively.

I like the flavor of "Kahaline, Goddess of Love" but it seems to want to do too many things in addition to being somewhat under-costed. Sure, the "can't attack or block" which is common to gods is a drawback, but it really isn't enough to make this a 7/4 with those stats for RWG. I can turn two something like Dragon Fodder and it is already online. In addition, I get that the "non-artifact creature" part fits with flavor, but it could be simplified by removing this portion and making it simply "Tap two untapped creatures you control that share a creature type:"

I like Fugacious Corpuscle: The ultimate Voltron challenge! I would probably try to use it, but I'd make it a little bit harder - -3/-3 and beginning of upkeep triggers would be a start, so your opponents actually got a chance to do something in the meantime after you've made the pump combo happen. I'm also unsure what the flavor of the transformed side being both artifact and enchantment is; so far that has a meaning specific to Theros and Nyx, and this doesn't have that flavor indicator. Color pie wise, I'm not sure blue is the best fit - maybe white would be an appropriate third color.
Beast Within is acknowledged as some level of a mistake and is more of a "transmogrify" effect in practice anyway. You're derailing the discussion; I've made my points already.

Very Interesting ability, I like it, can't really say anything bad about it. Not sure about a 1/1 for 1 though I'd say that might be a little to quick.
There is planar bridge any permanent for 6 drop, then 8 tap but you can do it over and over, which is really easy with the right mana ramp, 5 colors is hard to get sometimes even with good mana ramp. Anyway got another one.

You may choose not to untap Overseeing Eye on your untap step.
5,T: Look at target players hand then name a card, you and artifacts you control cannot be the target of spells or abilities by cards with the chosen name, until Overseeing Eye becomes untapped or leaves the battlefield.
Seviin, you and I both know that RGWBU is easy to get if you've got money for the mana base and any reason to care about trying to get all 5. There's a reason Sliver Queen is a 7/7 and not a 12/12 infect or the like.
Re: Overseeing Eye: Step 1: Search Gatherer for cards that give you hexproof. Step 2: Make a colorless version of that. I bet it'll cost less than 5 with echo 5. So this is not very well costed or templated. It'd also have far less text.
Rocket Bike - Simple and practical wonder if you could make this crew 0 so you could tap a creature with 0 power to use this ability.
Safehaven Slug 2CC
Artifact Creature - Slug R
Defender, flash, hexproof
When Safehaven Slug enters the battlefield exile up to two other artifacts you control.
CC: Put an artifact exiled with Safehaven Slug onto the battlefield under it’s owners control.
The ability is very cool IMOP. However, it also seems a bit too strong for the cost. A cost of WUBRG isn't really that hard to accomplish in this day of Magic; that said, it really feels like a 5-drop becoming anything. ANYTHING! I would suggest either upping the colored/colorless mana cost of this monster, or maybe something else like: "As Maika enters the battlefield search your library for exactly three creature cards, reveal them, and exile them. Then shuffle your library. Choose one of the cards at random exiled this way. Miaka becomes a copy of the exiled card...

5,T: Look at target players hand then name a card, you and artifacts you control cannot be the target of spells or abilities by cards with the chosen name, until Overseeing Eye becomes untapped or leaves the battlefield.
Re: Overseeing Eye: Step 1: Search Gatherer for cards that give you hexproof. Step 2: Make a colorless version of that. I bet it'll cost less than 5 with echo 5. So this is not very well costed or templated. It'd also have far less text.
