Feels too cheap, but with too steep a cost. maybe add a :2mana:/:symb: and make it "Exile the top five cards of your library: Draw a card". 1/12th of your library for a card is a cost people are far more likely to play than 1/6 for a card.

Seems good. The wording may need a fix, but I get the gist. At best case scenario, this can become an 8/8 right of the bat if you can avoid getting killed. And even if it DOES get killed, at least it can already force an opponent to waste a pump spell or so. I love it, but a 4RG cost should suffice.

Actually, I think the Wish Fulfillment Cantrip can stay as it is. This is a sorcery speed Putrefy plus Mortify, probably not as good as Bramblecrush since it doesn't hit lands, and requires multicolor. Seems fair enough for me, but in the event of otherwise, an extra cost will do.

Two target creatures. I like how it's potentially powerful (kill 2 flyers at once) and at the same time very conditional (need to two high power/low toughness flyers on the field at once). It's a good uncommon.

Difficult to gauge accurately: on one hand it's about par for the course ability wise, but on the other it's a little cheap. Also mass pump is not particularly Blue... Might I suggest bumping the cost up to :2mana::symu::symu: and adding either a Ravinica style trigger ("if you paid a to cast this put a +1/+1 counter on") or, if you're aiming for a more Inistrad flavor "as long as you control a human..." or "if there are three or more spirit creature in your graveyard(or play)..."

Er... you really mean whenever a werewolf attacks? It can get wonky with some creatures tranforming from human to werewolf and from werewolf to human (remember that both faces of a werewolf card have Werewolf subtype). You may want to add Human and nonHuman clauses somewhere there. Other than that, Seems too expensive since despite hexproof, he doesn't have any other protection ability, and his low toughness makes him easy target for blocking. That, and the regeneration ability weakens him. Well, okay, 4cc shouldn't be too bad, but with current powere level, 3cc seems good to go.

Eh. I assume it's uncommon, right? Technically it's fine on it's own, but what sort of limited environment would WANT a card like this? A card like this is the epitome of non-interactive. They aren't going to attack into it unless thye have an overwhelming advantage/flyers, and it subverts blocking ENTIRELY. Honestly, I think you're going about this the wrong way. I'd rather see it's abilities similar to this:
U, T: Target creature you control gains hexproof until end of turn.
B, T: Target creature you control gains intimidate until end of turn.
The blue ability doesn't HAVE to be that, I just wanted to pick some ability that isn't on a battlemage that's marginal, and hexproof is what I came up with. As for intimidate, it's a bit easier to interact with then unblockable, especially in the (Assumedly) multiplayer block that a cycle of wedge battlemages would come from.
Anyways.

So, if you run tokens, you will be able to steal any creature, but otherwise, you'll probably be able to untap your own token. What do you think?

It's for a planewalker themed set I was working on. This was the only one I ever finished to my satisfaction. I'm inclined to dispose of the extra U in that cost. It's pretty powerful as cards go, but for you to draw many cards your opponent has to have instants and sorceries. Also, The last sentence have to be rewritten into something like "You draw a card for each instant or sorcery card in that grave". I was just looking for a common ability. I'll try it again later... I think your flamekin is awesome. I'm not sure about the wording either, but if my experiences with Veindrinker (which doesn't technically fight, but may as well), a favorite card of mine, are correct they deal damage at the same time, so if your goal is a kill spell this works, otherwise he still dies.... I might suggest giving him a bit of versatility; haste on a 3/1 for :1mana::symr: that could instead be an X damage spell isn't entirely unreasonable at uncommon.
Anyways.
My card:
Blast Burn XR
Sorcery
Blast Burn deals X damage to target creature or player. If X is 4 or more, Blast Burn deals 2 damage to each creature as well.
Rare
Since at this point we're all well used to strictly better blaze I'm wondering how strong in constructed is this? At 5 mana, which seems to be the limit for constructed, It burns something for 4 and pyroclasms. Obv in limited it's absurd, like a more relevant Martial Coup.
Currently 62/265 cards.
Blast burn seems fine. I think if we see it in printed it'd either have a "If X was 5 or more...".

{+2}: Reveal the top card of your Library. If a Land card is revealed this way put it into the Battlefield. Otherwise put it into your hand.
{-3}: Put a 1/1 Blue-Green Frog token into the Battlefield for each card in your Hand.
{-11}: For each opponent choose a creature that player controls. Put three +1/+1 counters on and gain control of each creature choosen this way.

The madness and regular cost seem fair, but you need to up that flashback cost. Flashing it back the turn after you play it seems too good.
The card itself seems fine, though.

At the beginning of your upkeep, gain control of target creature until end of turn if its converted mana cost is equal to or less than the number of creatures you control. Untap that creature. It gains Haste until end of turn.
"Just join us and you'll see why we like it here."
So, if you run tokens, you will be able to steal any creature, but otherwise, you'll probably be able to untap your own token. What do you think?

When ~ enters the battlefield you may search you library for a Planeswalker card that could <Attach to it>. If ~ is still in play, you may put that planeswalker into play attached to ~. Otherwise, put it into your graveyard. Then shuffle your library.
Whenever attached planeswalker actives an activated ability you may draw a card..
:4mana:<Attach this to a planeswalker you control.>
It's for a planewalker themed set I was working on. This was the only one I ever finished to my satisfaction. The idea was that there were three legendary items on this plane that were useless except to people with sparks. They were essentially equipment for planeswalkers. The other idea was a cycle of 5 enchantments that summoned planewalkers and forced them into servitude for you, but granted them additional powers; this was also the blue one.

I am, and why would the first thing that people think of when they see the card be an incorrect rules interaction? That seems like a strange assumption.
I've found cascade to be one of the most universally understood mechanics, even by new players.

"All sense of nobility is lost the moment they catch the scent of blood." Teroza Veg'Ra, 'The Tribes Of Ein'Allee'
I was gonna have it get +1/+1 (or 2) until end of turn and fight a creature, but that seemed a bit hack and too complicated for an uncommon. It's a wish card (one I wish I had) so it's a bit specific. I'm mostly not sure if the first strike is too much or not.

I think the first strike is a tad much. I'm not sure about the ability. It can kill any creature once it starts getting counters, but the damage clause is narrow. I think it's printable, but that's just me.
Corrupted Conversion 3RRB
Sorcery-Rare
Gain control of each creature target opponent controls until end of turn. Untap those creatures, they get -1/-1 and haste until end of turn.
The flavor of this card is essentially a mass mind control spell that's been corrupted, weakening all the targets. I wanted a "you lose X life, where X is the number of creatures untapped this way", but I thought that would make it wordy.
